@@stevenisadragon well, lucky Ciampa ended in the first category. Is not often we see a Wrestler being a scapegoat, specially after a controversy like that.
The guy had crazy heat for sure. Remember how he was eliminated from the Royal Rumble? The aftermath of the Daivari- Undertaker match on SmackDown was unfortunate though.

Well, it's just that, for a statement that important and serious, having an actor (a non-athletic guy) would had been logical. Ciampa was a wrestler, not an actor.. It's not like looking scared when you're Powerbombed or when you talk trash.
They develop a character. They improv THEIR CHARACTER. That's why you should get an actor. Paul Heyman is a great character. But if you tell him, Go out to the ring and be a fireman who just lost his friend in a fire, I don't think he's going to nail it

Wow what a drastic change to a look. Complete 180 of that lawyer look. So different. I wonder if he still has hair or it just eventually didn’t grow back. His head shiny
I remember seeing Champa back in his ROH days and not liking him. I didn't think he was going to make it far and was boring and basic as a heel. I haven't been happier to be so wrong all these years later. He made NXT outshine the main roster for years and his feud with Gargano made me watch NXT exclusively for awhile.
This is it. Thi... Ciampa didn't even want to wrestle until this break came. And, after the fact, he snapped and joined the PC and trained up. The rest is history.

“Why didn’t they just hire an actor” 💀
Well the actor needed to know how to take a chokeslam & tombstone.
@@patricknevermind8529 Couldn't they just have Teddy Long come out and apologize?

@@patricknevermind8529plenty of which have done so. If pete rose could take one, they could find some actors that could.

Legend says when Undertaker gave him the Tombstone Piledriver, his hair became his beard.
So if HBK or someone super kicked him hard enough, the beard hair would transition back to his head?? 🤔 sign me up, bruh! 😂
And his credibility too... he's basically NXT undertaker
I read this on the Internet, it has to be true 👍🏻
Hahaha! That made me laugh. 😂
😂😂
Kinda weird seeing Ciampa clean-shaven.
And with that awful hair cut lol
And hair
It's a reverse beard
…and in a suit.
What happened was Undertaker came out and hit him with a tombstone and when he went upside down the hair was so afraid of the bump it fled upwards to his chin.
Tommaso made me a fan of his by his grit and incredible work ethic. Him and KO just grew on me.
Would love to see KO vs Ciampa. Just imagine the intensity of the match.
I hope they both have great career runs in the wwe
@@DiscjockeysofaKingPackKO is already a big level performer, Hope ciampa will be too
Ko sucks bruh😂 one of the most unoriginal and basic wrestlers ever , him and la knight😂

Hence why representation in the right light (keywords) is key because shit like this is unfortunately pretty normal.
Why couldn't he be 6'4"? A lawyer that tall? Nobody would buy it!

Wait where's that last part?
Damn dude! Young Tommaso looks like MCU Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor Johnson)
I was thinking the same thing
ATJ? The guy from Godzilla also played Quicksilver?! I never knew 😱
Well thanks, now I can't unsee it 😂
@@theghostreckon69420he's also a vigilante, Kick Ass 😁

Hassan is still one of the best heels all time! Definitely killed his character.
NGL, it makes me super uncomfortable looking back.
It didn't seem racist at the time, but it feels very implied now

Well I just learned something new today.
Seriously? I learned this like 10 years ago when Tommaso was still in ROH! 😂
Nah facts
@@MSH786 I found out about Tommaso when he got to NXT. I recently got back into WWE about 5 years ago. I don’t watch the indys
I wish they woulda shelved hassan for 6months and just brought him back. Dude was money. Best heel of the ruthless aggression era
I see Tommaso hair went from his head to his face lol
It's hair sag. Completely normal as one ages
Never would have made that connection, I just remember him from ROH.
He looked like Sean Penn in "Carlito's way" who was also a lawyer.
That's probably why he was chosen lol
Kleinfeld!
Who also happens to be the inspiration for the lawyer in GTA Vice City xD
Looks like 2 completely different people. Crazy. Lol
Most forget he's actually one of the last old era of our gen rn 🤷🐐
And little did people know he would be one of the greatest nxt heels in history.
The greatest NXT heel* period. Second in line would definitely be Kevin Owens
Man beard really makes anyone look unrecognizable

Well, at least Ciampa recover from that and become NXT Tag Team Champion with Johnny Gargano
"Why didn't they hire like an actor?" I get what he's saying but... Wrestlers basically are athletic actors so that's already in his job description.
But I don't think wrestler's have to ever do something like this though. But then again it's Vince and he is a mad man.

When he looked like the lawyer he looked like kick-ass lol
By the way he was literally 20 years old at the time. So the dude always looked older than his actual age
Dude came out looking like IRS from back in the day.
Muhammad Hassan could have been a huge star and a successful heel with the WWE had the London terror attacks not coincided with the controversial angle they did with the Undertaker on SmackDown. Such a shame, he was very talented.

This guy was the best heal in NXT imo and just super underrated.
Wow what a drastic change to a look. Complete 180 of that lawyer look. So different. I wonder if he still has hair or it just eventually didn’t grow back. His head shiny
Now Ciampa looks like he’d need a lawyer😭 also to add, Ciampa went from “I’ll have her home at 7PM sharp” to “I’m daddy now”
That Hassan character was great btw!
Tommaso Ciampa - the self-proclaimed locker room leader of a wrestling school
I feel like "they just hire an actor?" Is a recurring theme for them
One of my favorites ever. Maybe my absolute favorite. But I did not know that.
Everyone: Tommaso Ciampa
Me: Sylvester Stallone 💀

Im happy to see him in wwe i watched him in roh
"because you ARE an actor! now get out there and make vince proud"

Honestly i didnt even realize he was the lawyer
Ciampa long hair and looks like KICK ass actor 😂
It's crazy how a lot of guys just now getting their shot after being around for over 10 years.
What a crappy situation to be in. Glad he got his chance in WWE for real
Love his walk lol
Best thing about this angle, he got to work with the Undertaker 😁

He looks like the main Chef from The Bear
why didn't they just have the actual wrestler do it
Or like a real lawyer.
Ciampa has literally reversed his look😂
Its so WWE to have something super important, but they just give it to a dude based on how he looks
Exactly😂!!
Now he looks like Ari Shaffir. Still perfect to play a lawyer.
Ciampa was the best nxt champion , change my mind 🫡❤
Wow never knew that 😂
He fine af
Because actors actually get paid what they're worth.
Tommaso reminds me of a garden gnome

Go see Matt at MORR. He can show you how to do that with a LOT less damage.
Tommaso's hair went from his head to his chinn
If they're not taking a bump, theres no reason for it to be a wrestler
Ciampa with hair wow lol
He was better looking without beard.
All the hair in his head just went down.
