To be fair, a lot of them aren’t really related. The Rock isn’t related by blood to any other Samoan wrestlers (except his own daughter in NXT). But the different families got close via wrestling over the years and essentially pretend to be relatives now.

Roman, Rosie, Yokozuna, Samu, and Manu (who were with Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Ted DiBiase Jr. for a New York minute) are their first cousins once removed. Those five are first cousins with Rikishi. However, there is a first cousin of theirs named Jacob Fatu, who wrestles for Major League Wrestling (MLW). Jacob’s father is the Usos uncle, who is a twin brother of Rikishi that went by the name of the Tonga Kid/Tama.

I'm sure other cultures do this too, but Asian and Pacific Islanders, it's uncle/aunt, first cousins, or cousins(distant cousins). Any cousin that's your parent's generation, they're aunts/uncles. First cousins are first cousins, and their kids are your nieces and nephews. Everyone else is a distant cousin. There's none of that second cousin, third, fourth, fifth, etc. With us

Technically, yes. But depending on age difference, you could call your Second Cousin Uncle. I technically could to a lot of mine given the age differences, but we don't. We all call each other "cuz." Or just by name without relation title. However, my cousins' kids all call me Uncle. Really, relation title is all about age and respect.
