Bro I am same age as you and I'm doing calisthenics from 6 months seriously but not getting very stronger. My weight -51kg At 5'7 Bodyfat- 15-19% (not sure) I gained 4kg weight in 6 months eating around 2600calories What should I do?
@@DevourerRich yes. I eat what my mother makes in dinner, I make a 1000 calorie shake in Lunch and in breakfast I don't have very much options so i eat peanut butter sandwich. And I believe I calculate my calories accurately..
@@watcher1004 I’m 105lb (48kg) at 5’5 so I’m assuming we have the same body type. I lift light 3 days a week and run 3 miles 6 day a week. 1400 calories is what I’m aiming for each day. I think 1000 calorie shake is a bit too much. IM NO EXPERT, but I do 10 calories per pound plus 200 calories surplus.
@@fattoofittoo7907a learned it 2 days ago in 2 minutes (my previous pull up bar was up to ceiling so I wasn’t able to practice it), but i was doing pull ups for 4 month before and went from 10 to 20
Love the dedication 🦾 but your progress is so slow. I peraonally achieved it in less than 2 months of working out for it. You should go for weighted calisthenics. It will boost your progress. Keep it up champ 🤝🔥
