- In this video, I take out the 2014 Boston Whaler 130 super sport. The boat is powered by 40 hp Mercury outboard. The boat handled amazingly it was a real pleasure to drive. Thanks so much for watching consider subscribing for more Whaler content!

How did u install the fish finder
Hi, I didn’t install it., That’s just how it came. The wiring is rigged to the battery, and then there is a cord that runs to the transom depth finder

@@thesolojourney8955 Well, this is a Boston Whaler and if you look at my channel, you’ll see I’m quite privy to whalers as a whole. I’ve owned every small Whaler you can, ranging from 11ft to 19ft. They’re all great boats. I didn’t really have an option B or an option C. It was more like, “I found a strong deal and a well kept, solid boat, let’s move on it” type of situation. I recommend preowned Carolina Skiffs, 19ft Grady Whites, things of this nature. Maritime Skiffs are also a good option. There aren’t many small boat models out there that are amazingly well built, like Whalers. check out my channel further and consider subscribing if you haven’t done so already. @@WhalerNation I have seen a used one listed for $18k, I always wanted a small sized Boston Whaler boat because it’s compact and easy to tow and store away.
How’s the maintenance cost been on it? If you don’t mind sharing and listing your expenses.
@@thesolojourney8955 Maintenance on these is really cheap if you just do the work yourself. Regular maintenance on a boat like this should cost less than $150 annually. Oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, normal greasings. All of it isn’t too crazy. Where are you located? Pricing has a lot to do with where you’re from. Whalers vary state by state
