I am your avid fan and love the advice you recommend. What helped with my hair fall management are potato juice, acv mixed with water apply after washing, eggmask, liitlleexttra coocoonion shampoo & natural hair oil, green tea. All of these methods and now I dont face hair fall anymore.

Liitllextra coconniion oil is both lightweight and non-greasy, making it perfect for the summer heat. It quickly absorbs into the scalp without leaving any residue. The natural ingredients provide a soothing effect and have helped in reducing my hair fall and scalp dryness significantly.
In conclusion, this Hair Oil is a fantastic product that delivers on its promises. It offers great nourishment and protection for hair in the summer. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a natural and effective solution for summer hair care.

I don’t know if this information is entirely correct it’s been shown that minoxidil is not 100% known how it works in the body but one of the things it does do is deplete collagen, which can cause facial aging a part of why it works is because it helps with reducing the amount of collagen production in the area which helps prevent certain types of hair loss that are due to scarring in the scalp

I got dark circles and puffy eyes only after 3 days of use using 5% topical. I never touch my face and wash my hands directly after applying. I also would use medicine dropper to roll the liquid on. This stuff has aged my face in just 4 days of use. My skin is very good and glows and so I noticed instantly. It wasn’t an issue of me having bad hygiene with my hands. I would apply 5a.m & 5 p.m and wash off before sleep at 9pm.

No scientific evidence that it causes skin aging but there are plenty of post release market reports which should not be ignored. It is often the case that side effects that were not picked up on in trials are found in the general population. Some companies also deliberately under report side effects. Vioxx for example.

Hi doctor. If you don't do free advice via YT comments, I totally understand. Anyway, I've just started topical minoxidil 5 %. Unfortunately, I experienced shortness of breath and heart palpitations, even upon applying it only once a day. I'm now applying a quarter of the recommended daily dose once daily. This has reduced the side effects significantly. I'm a bit worried though that this is not an effective dosage. I did however watch a video from the Australian hair doctors on minoxidil in which they said that the amount of minoxidil applied should basically be proportional to the size of the area you are applying it to. The only area that I'd like to see some regrowth in is my temples and so that's where I'm applying it. Maybe a quarter of the daily dose will do for that purpose? I do have some general thinning as well, but I've started taking finasteride 1 mg every other day, which I'm hoping will help in that regard.

Topical minoxidil does not have much effect on the heart as does oral minoxidil. It has more local effects. Hence, it is an over-the-counter medication. However, it can certainly cause headaches/ aggravate pre-existing migraines/ dizziness. The best is to let a doctor take proper medical history to rule out any pre-existing medical condition and decide what would suit you the best.

Best wash hair alternate days. If free chlorine in tap water is high, let the water stay in a bucket overnight and then wash your hair. Or as some people do, wash hair with bottled water every other day. If this does not help in 4-6 weeks, you will need to find some other reason to blame. Most likely it will be androgenetic alopecia that is getting aggressive due to relocation or stress at work/family.
