I'm Donald Ford from Orlando, FL the cameras & sound is good. I'm a songwriter and I'm thinking about getting a SX900 so recording songs is what I'm interested most
how do you save a style and the tempo required to the registration to be able to play within seconds of ending a song that you were playing? This is to reduce the time from stopping a song to move to another song with a different style.
Hi, again I've got lots of questions to ask you about the SX700. Firstly, does it have ADSR functionality, as I use delay and sustain quit a lot in my mini studio set up, secondly can I connect the 700 to Ableton as an audio input for recording, many thanks.

It was hard to see the touch screen wording.... I would recommend you use the the sx-900 and get a usb video out adapter and project from the keyboard directly and have it displayed on the screen....

Most of that my Casio MZ-X500 can do too .. and I got it for 380€ new! Only the Yamaha keybeds are a bit better.
Hi thanks,I managed to store a set up but I can't find a way of making it switch on to use.
I can back into the files ,load it 1 blue button lights but it won't seem to activate.
It just plays what was running before on the keyboard.
I've just got the PSR SX700 and notist some the voices are very quiet is there anything to make them louder
A problem I have, is that I record a song in multitrack midi. Than mix it, changing the pan, volumes, eq's to improve the sound, also the master settings. Then save the song, but when I open it back the pans are to 0 and the eq's too. Even the volumes I believe are set to standard. Sounding like a ball again. So do I have to register my set up for that specific song? Does the registration save the song section mix configuration? Suprised also that the manual is so short. 127 pages. It would have to be 1000 pages long.
Hello From Canada .... The example you gave with the chord . while playing the SX900 , Playing a C chord but wanting a G Bass , can it play this while in style mode ??
For example, on a blues style the chord is Eb but I want to hear the Bb while playing the E b chord with my left hand in style mode??
Does the arrange only play the root chord ??
Is there a setting that I need to use so that I hear the Bb over E b chord ???
Do we have style recommend function as in S series..

Hello! Can you please help me? Is there any way to get off the styles, voices and multi pads from the expansion pack and store them in a USB folder? the way i found is slow 1by 1 need to save them throught the creator menu. Pc software also good!

Can I control the SX700 arranger functions via another master keyboard?
Sir, can I make an adjustment to play a single note where it plays the entire chord..... For example, I play a c note in the first or second octave and it should play the entire chord
Still can't find any free play ones, how are they depicted. Edit it's ok I couldn't see them for looking at them lol actually says in big letters free play next to them.

Your explanation is so simple and really great. Just purchased a PSR SX 900. How can I use my Roland pedal board PK 5A with the SX 900 to produce Organ bass sounds. Every time I try it only sounds like the piano. Would like to use the SX 900 as an organ for my church and use the PK 5A for Organ bass.
Connect the pedalboard MIDI OUT to the SX700 MIDI IN. Assign the PK5A to the same MIDI channel of a SX700 track where you choose the desired organ bass sound. You can do it from the MIDI receive settings

So many people are asking in depth questions. I simply want my SX 900 to work properly! I've had it for only a few days and it's inconsistent in its ability to multi-record, save my favorites, and save to USB. (it works sometimes then it quits working). I've lost keyboard sound at least 10x, have had to turn it off and on again so the keyboard can play again. Is this normal? I'm very frustrated!
I own at the moment a Casio CT-X3000 and I’m thinking of upgrading to the Yamaha PSR SX700. Two questions I have, 1. Is the keyboard mechanical action better on the Yamaha , and 2 is the button location Easier to access in general over the Casio.

I HAVE 50 PIECES OF CLASSICAL OF MUSIC ON MIDI FILES WHICH I TRANSFERED FROM A FLOPPY DISC ONTO A USB, I WAS ABLE TO LISTEN TO THEM THROUGH MY PREVIOUS KEYBOARD (PSR 1000), WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS, HOW TO PLAY THEM THROUGH MY SX700, THEY ARE DEFINITLEY ON THE USB AS THEY PLAY ON COMPUTER.
Chris you were explaining slowing the ending down on ending No 3 can you slow the ending down on endings No 1 and No 2 also ? Scott
Hi, Scott. Yes, you can do it with endings I II and III, it won’t be as effective though as they’re usually much shorter. Good luck! Hope you enjoyed it.

Watching on a high quality mobile phone screen, 6.7 inch screen size, from the over head camera I couldn't really read the touch screen text, I've no doubt on my 10 inch tablet screen the text would be clearer. The difficulty you have here is we need to see the text as well as the buttons you are pressing, so zooming in on the screen may not be of any use.

It does record directly in MP3 format in 128 or 192 Kbit/s
