  • Hi everyone! I am back with the second episode of the management consulting interview series!
One of the best ways to prepare for the case interviews is to grow into the habit of thinking and talking like a consultant. In this video, I shared three daily practices I did to cultivate a "consultant mindset" when I was preparing for the case interviews.

Thank you so much!! I was looking for something just like this! Videos like these are perfect for students like me who don't go to an ivy league with MBB connections.
If I were to advise this restaurant owner, I would immediately think to analyze the classic 3c's (customer, competition, and company differentiation). While this is correct, in an interview I'd like to find ways to show my unique thinking ability by using more than just basic frameworks. How would you recommend I do this when the opening case is not specific? Thanks!

Use great examples based on your experience/knowledge can show your unique thinking when you can’t come up with a totally new framework:)

Hey Katie. How would you rate MBB in terms of prestige and pay? I was thinking of going for them, so I wanted to hear your thoughts on it.
