This week we try to get a bunch of things sorted before taking our coyote swap obs f150 for a ride. We show the mulipte attempts to install our Volvo steering pump. Also we install our MMR oil fikter relocation kit. Last but not least you will never believe what was causing our COYOTE 5.0 to overheat in our 1995 F150 as we take her on our FIRST Successful TEST DRIVE!

Went through the exact same process with the oil filter...found the MMR o rings leaked and replaced with square o rings from McMaster Carr. The fittings seem to keep a consistent oil residue but overall happy with it.

You gotta do what you gotta do but changing that filter is gonna suck. Oil dripping everywhere. Great video guys.
Actually we made it so they can unbolt from fender and place pan under it and drain it. Should be eaily serviceable. Now the starter on the other hand not so much and yeah we may have to do that

Found it ! F100 performance make a bracket to take a 2015 electric mustang electric rack and pinion kit my motor is a 5.3 and my f100 is 65 with crown Victoria crossmember
Yes there setup is under 900 bucks all in the Volvo setup under 400.
Did you guys run stock truck alternator. Just curious about it looking into doing a coyote swap.
Yes we used stock setup no need for reverse alternator or anything. It worked great. Good luck and let us know if ya need anything

What do you recommend for the electric rack?
We would fabricate a mount and then ger a 15 mustang or newer rack. Cut 1 inch off and re tap for the crown vic outter tie rods. Then buy the harness needed. If you message me on facebook I can send pics of everything.

I have a 92 f 150 with the 351. How do I get electric power steering for it????
You need to get a volvo electric pump. Then mount it and get the fittings and ptfe line. Really simple. Good luck
well that filter placement will make for messy changes...good job?
Actually it wont. The filter is removal from its location and allow for a pan to be placed under it for drainage and then reinstalled. Thanks for the support and concern. Keep getting after it.
