I was able to download previous saved data and load from there where I still had all my skill points. Except for the hackers Toolkit and the battery ones, because this is the 3rd or 4th time now this has happened. In order to get those skill I'd have to restart the game, which I might do at some point. I've played through the storyline probably around 10 times lol
