I had bought mdr150ap in 2017 and it is still sounding as it is new. There is no issue of build quality, all wires are in good condition till today.

Ex255ap is slightly bigger than ex155ap, if you are looking for small and light weight earphone, go with ex155ap, sennheiser cx180, cx275s etc.
