    Nice cut, in west tn this time of yr dealing with tons of seed heads,requires 2-3 day cut,temps high now,really just a pain to deal with.The stems are the problem.

      Yes Agreed. The stem give the lawn a down grade in color. I appreciate the comment and thank you for the support đŸ‘đŸ»

      I am having the exact same issues out of my celebration bermuda. Tons of seed heads and stalks. I think it needs a shot of nitrogen.

      @@BSmith-qt7ev i wouldn’t worry too much as it’s a temporary problem. Just make sure you also ensure the Bermuda is getting the 1 inch or water a week. Thanks for the comment đŸ‘đŸ»

    Ty for the effort to make these videos. I live in South Central Gawgia!!! Temps have cooled way way off for this time of year and the Bermuda is late coming in, barely any visual seed heads and its the 1st of June already. Im in the process of spot leveling and rut leveling, Im using a Fiskers manual 5 blade set to the lowest setting just to get the Bermuda used to being that low. Next year will be the year I start out using a gas powered reel mower. Funny I had to change out 2 sprinkler heads also for different reasons. Good luck out there in TX. Ty again for the vids

      Actually not Texas, California. Lol. The fisker is a good manual mower and will test if you want to reel mow going forward. Good luck on the search when you ready for the gas version. I appreciate the support and thanks for the comment đŸ‘đŸ»

    Are you having any issue with the Andersons 24-0-11 getting down through the canopy?

    • @dwaynesworldlawn
      @dwaynesworldlawn  Pƙed rokem +1

      Yes and no. The prill size is bigger than pgf complete. I normally don’t bag a mow or two after applying.

    Its been about 6 weeks. Did those spots green up after you adjusted and replaced the sprinkler heads? I have a few spots like that too.

    • @dwaynesworldlawn
      @dwaynesworldlawn  Pƙed rokem +1

      Yes. They greened up. Although now i have yellowing in other areas. The life of lawn care
 i tell you. Lol. I appreciate the question and the comment đŸ‘đŸ»

      Earlier this year and it was in the optimal range. With that being said i think i had some acidic area near by fruit tree and may do a test just if those areas. Thank for the comment đŸ‘đŸ»

    How long should I wait to cut my lawn after dropping pgf complete?

    • @dwaynesworldlawn
      @dwaynesworldlawn  Pƙed rokem

      I would say you should be good after it’s watered in. This is what i really like about pgf complete. It use a water dispersible granular which breaks down a portion of the fertilizer very quickly where it can get into the soil to start working. The prill size is also greens grade allowing it drop into the canopy of the grass. This makes it much easier than other fertilizers that are not greens grade to get to the soil. The small blue prills are slow release and are generally what you may see after the product has been watered. I generally don’t catch my clipping the first mow after application. If you want to be safe i would say a day or two after a good watering and you are good to go đŸ‘đŸ»

      @@dwaynesworldlawn I am dealing with nutsedge grass, I’ve already sprayed image, would you still recommend not catching the clippings? I just layer pgf complete this last Sunday.

    • @dwaynesworldlawn

      @@juanmena4676 image works it’s just slow. Won’t see much for a couple of weeks. In Some cases sedges appear when you are overwatering so you would want to check that. Normally if you use a herbicide you want a minimum of 48 hours before mowing but that’s because most herbicide absorb through the foiler. Because image attacks at the root it’s different and can be mowed pending it’s been watered in. I would say if you want to be safe you can bag, but if your only talking about a small area you should be ok not to bag. If you have other weed and your lawn is struggling with weeds i would bag. Hope this helps
