2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 small onion, diced
1 red bed pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
8 slices provolone cheese
Canola Oil for frying
2 eggs and 2 tablespoons milk whisked together for egg wash

I was born and raised in Philly and I never got onions and peppers on my cheesesteak although many of my friends did, (not uncommon). But I do put them in my cheesesteak egg rolls. I know, there may be something wrong with me 😜🥘♥️
