The theory that Lana has with Kaylee and Maddie being lesbian lovers has to be one of the most ridiculous things I’ve heard in this case. Right on par with the Brent Kopacka BS. They never stop spinning.
I don't necessarily think the idea is completely ridiculous. I had entertained the thought, as an angle. But the t&t presentation of it kind of was ridiculous.

At this stage im not even a little sure that proper justice will be done in this trial - it's horrific to think 4 people are dead and things are so pear shaped, and gag orders making it all so much worse
You absolutely nailed the fact that the vehicle seen on the Linda Lane footage is a 2011-2020 Hyundai Elantra. But none of us have seen the vehicle on the 1112 King Rd camera to know if that is the same vehicle or not. The one on Linda Lane could be a completely different vehicle than the one seen on the 1112 King Rd camera. My GUESS is that it will show that it is a 2011-2013 Hyundai Elanta because that is what the 35 yr FBI expert identified it as. I have no reason to doubt his expertise. I do have reason the doubt the PCA statement that upon observing other footage, SOMEONE indicated that it could be a 2014-2016 Hyundai Elantra because it was shown to SOMEONE and it may have even been from a different video. Maybe video from Pullman. What it doesn't say, specifically, is that the SAME FBI agent looked at the 1112 King Rd footage again and determined that it could also be a 2014-2016 Hyundai Elantra. None of us will know for sure if the vehicle seen on the 1112 King Rd camera is actually a 2011-2013 or a 2014-2016 Hyundai Elantra until that footage is shown in court and the FBI can show what characteristics determine the model year. And if it shows a 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra, that is exculpatory to Bryan. If it shows a 2014-2016 Hyundai Elantra, that still doesn't prove that it is HIS vehicle. And if it shows, like you determined on the Linda Lane camera, that it is a 2011-2020 Hyundai Elantra, that would also be exculpatory in my opinion because it would be impossible to determine if it is Bryan's vehicle if the year range can't even be determined exactly.

Totally agree with you Kent and love the passion with which you deliver the information. I get so upset!! I hope to God Ann Taylor is evaluating all pertinent videofootage, including Linda Lane. I believe Ann Taylor Team is not taking into account these footage, and all the time I ask myself why??????? Are they doing it on purpose???? If so, why???? 😡 are they part of all those who want BK to be their"chivo espíatorio", knowing he is innocent?
I absolutely agree that if I were on a jury and saw this presentation, I would accept that this is a white Hyundai Elantra between the years 2011 to 2020. Show don’t tell. And I will gladly entertain anyone who “can’t tell you anything about that vehicle” to reach out and ask about my process. If you do oppose Kent’s research and presentation I invite you to show your argument. And I am still alive and well, because the beauty of facts is that it takes the personality and ego out of the equation. Walk the walk people.

I think the defense is depending on their expert regarding his car location proving he was not in the vicinity. What you call "junk science".
If BK's phone was indeed powered down during the two hours in question, how can Sy Ray prove an alibi without GPS location data? Junk science versus junk science is a tie and ties go to the prosecution in a capital murder case considering the proclivity of capital case jurors.

I was doing some additional reading on Jay Logsdon and you are absolutely correct (not that I doubted you) about him.
Not impressed, but that's about where this defense is headed, down the crapper.
Logsdon graduated from a good law school, Boston University, but maybe last in his class? He is not an impressive lawyer. He is active in gay rights. He worked for a non profit poverty center out of college and had no other legal experience before working for the Kootenai public defender's office.
Logsdon mainly does drug cases, assault, domestic abuse, shoplifting, etc. And he's not really even good at those.
Here are only two examples:
He lost an appeal to modify the defendant's sentence in a drug case because he did not use the correct term in the motion. He aparrently did not understand the difference between concurrent and consecutive, so actually appealed asking for the same sentence the defendant already received.
Logsdon lost a shoplifting case where a man stole a calculator in Walmart and then returned it for a gift receipt because he was starving and had no money. The man had no prior theft convictions. The man ended up convicted of a felony and Logsdon's attempt at getting the charge reduced to a misdemeanor failed because he did not use the correct case citations in his argument and asked the wrong questions of the defendant during his testimony.

I couldn't agree more with you, Kent. You can't go on beliefs have to know. We don't know if this is the defendant driving this car.
Being from the area (I coached in same conference at the UI Vandals). I can almost guarantee you that BK is going to be convicted solely based off the DNA. Still, Anne should bring in a car identification expert to prove it was a 2011-2013 but I don’t believe it will matter until the innocence project gets involved in about 15 to 20 years from now. He is definitely TOAST for this first trial.
Adam and Eve had free will, and they chose to use it negatively. Throughout history, there have been people whose free will has led them to create weapons, start wars and commit crimes. But everyone has a responsibility to think of how their actions or words will affect other people.
On another note, I was looking forward to more great music but I do understand your need and your right to create the great content in this video instead.

I can't say that. The case, presented by his accusers up to now, appears very sketchy and circumstantial. There are many other potential suspects. But...I can't say he is innocent, because "I was out driving around" isn't a strong alibi, given the same standard of proof.
IMO, doubt goes both ways.
He may be innocent.
But, what if he is guilty?

I would argue that the crime started about 0417 if you believe the PCA about the audio on the 0417 video. That's clearly not enough time to commit the crime, leave the house, change clothes, and leave the area at 0420.
