Just put them in a mesh bag, in the machine, regular cycle, with laundry soap with some vanish added in the drawer.

F150 doesn't work great on mesh sadly. It didn't do much for me at least.
I use fz150 and shoe doc premium they work on mesh just have to go over the mesh a few times and rinse the shoe then it’ll be good

You should put them in a shoe wash bad so the stitching doesn’t get messed up

You need only a cap full of bleach. Use the vinegar and small amount of detergent to. Rinse the shoes off and then scrub with solution. Rinse and repeat a couple times. Then leave them in direct sun to dry.
Read the back of your bleach bottle, literally explains how to bleach clothes...
