영상에선 좀 복잡한데
한국에선 생각보다 쉽게 하긴 합니다. 굳이 푸드프로세서같은걸 쓰지도 않습니다. 껍질을 벗기지도 않고, 고기를 손질하지도 않습니다. 어차피 압력솥에 들어가서 오래 놔두기만 해도 모두 뭉게지거든요. 제대로 씻기만 하면 됩니다.
하지만 이 모든 과정을 건너뛰는것도 방법입니다. 아마존에서도 갈비찜 소스는 충분히 살수있을거에요. 가정식이라는게 원래 그런거죠...
다만 외국분들이 주의하실점이 있다면
1. 마늘을 포함한 모든 향신료는 영상보다 더 아낌없이 넣어야한다는 것
2. 감자가 흔한 종류랑 조금 다를수있는데 주의해야한다는 것
3. 미국에서 알려진 일반적인 레시피보다 더 오래 놔둘것(한시간정도 추가로 레스팅하시는걸 추천합니다)
