    Babies in the womb are "created equal" & their "right to life" must be protected!

    The unborn matter. Think of all the great actors, scientists, philosophers, teachers, nurses I could go on & on, who died because of the cult of MOLOCH.

      You are aware that majority of the abortions are African-American, right?

    That verdict never made sense (in the context of California and legal abortions).

    *Abortion will never be truly abolished as long as society continues to tolerate any form of artificial contraception and the contraceptive mentality in general. After all, abortion is the inevitable backup when those fail.*
    *Down with incrementalism. Screw 14A / substantive due process jurisprudence. Subsidiarity, states rights, 10A, and Dobbs v. Jackson FTW.*

    I remember that case. Seems like Scott wanted an abortion. Lol

    The difference is, it's her fetus.
    That's the starting point. Now you can debate whether they are similar situations or not.

      Humans aren't allowed to own other humans anymore. Sorry, Democrats.

      They are different situations but they are similar in that the outcome is the murder of a baby, regardless of whether or not "society" wants to deem it that way.
      It's "her" fetus, so then what, she can start smoking meth and now the baby is hooked on meth?

      @@roberjohnsmith A pro-abortion attorney I almost interned with had a case like that in Wisconsin that she actually won. It's disgusting.

    why is she so surprised???? its a first year law school question... a person jumped off the roof of the building... while the body is falling down someone shoots the gun in the building and the bullet strikes the body that is falling down.... the person who fired that bullet will be charged with the murder and it is irrelevant that the person would be dead as soon as he/she hits the sidewalk....

      The fact that the woman was at an abortion clinic is only there to stress the point. The real issue is, personhood is decided based on who kills the baby in that case. If the mother kills it, it isn't a crime and isn't a person. If anyone else kills it, it is a person and it is murder.

    • @oppikomusic
      @oppikomusic Před 25 dny

      Well the point of this was that inside the clinic it's not classified as murder we're outside of it it is. Point being even when you're getting an abortion it shouldn't be classified as murder.

    • @vedinthorn
      @vedinthorn Před 25 dny +3

      @@oppikomusic The point being made is that whether it's the murder of a human being or not shouldn't depend on the mother wanting the child or not.

    • @xalisae
      @xalisae Před 25 dny +1

      @@oppikomusic *point being inside the clinic it's just as much murder as outside

    Tim pool refuses to talk about Brandon Herrera for congress. I just have to assume he is part of the media blackout against the populist republican.
