I own a saz from the same house and body colour, but long one.... I adore how your sounds....
I regret a bit I didnt bought short saz like yours, it would be easier to play......

Hi. what do you actually tune each of 3 strings. ie, lowest strings are tuned to octave. Middle unison same i believe. What about the top 2 strings? Octave or same. İ mostly hear them in octaves

Im a turk and i agree😂 your best luck is called "yilmaz saz evi" it has tons of these sazs and try to but the short neck, its the best for beginners

Altai Altai I don't mean to be correcting you but the short neck is not for beginners. Both the short and the long neck saz have individual characteristics. The main one being the actual way that they are played. A beginner can easily buy a much easier to handle long neck and lear to play in its style without having played the short neck.

@@ozgurkalay7579 its because the short neck requires you to put your hand in the middle of the neck, and you barely lift your hand. Thus making it easier. I have a long neck lefty saz and i need to swipe left and right with my hand to play a song just to pull the correct notes.
