Buying Internet Leads Doesn’t Work does not work for most agents...,
1. Because what you’re actually buying is not leads, but unfiltered prospects.
1. Especially if you’re getting buyer leads (easier to get. Harder to convert)
2. Because if you don’t know what to do with them, they’re worth zero.
1. Build credibility by adding value to them even if they don’t want to talk to you.
WHAT DOES WORK: When you have a complete PROCESS in place.
1. CATEGORIZE. Not all prospects are created equal. Don’t treat them all the same.
2. PRIORITIZE. Focus is on quality, not quantity.
3. SYSTEMIZE. from lead generation to leveraging success
The Real Estate Vortex is the business model that gives you a complete process that will take your business from where you are today to any level you want to go.

Very true. All leads are not the same.
Where do you get leads from to get people to enroll in your opportunity. I am in MLM and it is extremely tough for me
I have seen a complete opposite. On average online sellers leads are way further out from actually selling. Buyers will reach out online much closer to when they are ready to move. Especially of they are first time or from out of town. Also seller lead are so much easier and cheaper to get online vs buyer leads.
Hey Kevin. I help Realtors with leads and what you're saying is the truth. Most don't follow up and they blame us saying the leads are bad. Do you have some sort of affiliate link for your program? I want to promote you to my clients.
This is exactly whats happening to at the moment. I have a huge leads generated thru online in different platform.

Wait so does it work or not cause I see some points you said it don’t and then finished off with why it’s good . I’m not being rude by the way I’m just very curious
Who offers "1,000 leads per month" and for "a few thousand dollars over a few months?" Agents wouldn't complain with those stats. FYI, Zillow-like companies charge a couple thousand dollars a month for perhaps a dozen leads in competitive markets. Come on....thought you had some new data. Here are the facts: the lead companies are misrepresenting average conversion rates by three or four times. Their contracts bind the agent but hold the company to no minimum performance requirements. Agents pay for these services because they want business and are desperate....they'd never sign such one-sided contracts otherwise.
Hi CB. I agree with your assessment. The point is that getting more "leads" is not the solution if your ability to convert leads to business sucks. And there are "coaches" and agents out there who are right now teaching agents how to get over 1000 internet "leads" a month for "free." Again my point is that more of those "leads" is probably not the solution for most agents. Thanks for your feedback.
My first broker paid for Zillow leads for the office. They passed them around to us and we were following up with them. I closed three deals from this. However, most of the leads were not very good. I would never pay for this!
Thank you, I have Realtor.com calling me now to set me up. $240/mo for 40 leads a year. Pretty steep if this is the case.
sestrella you can negotiate them down. Tell them your only willing to pay $99, they'll call back
Nothing works, cold calling doesn't work, door knocking doesn't work, Facebook ads don't work...what the hell does work? I'm new to real estate and having trouble getting business.
Try open houses, 4-5 days a week and you will have a deal within 30 days.
I’m new to real estate and still haven’t had my first deal yet. I think all the things you mentioned above work you just have to do them consistently to see results. I can speak for myself and say I honestly have not been doing any of these consistently which is why I haven’t closed a deal yet. But I know people who do all these things consistently and they are top producers.
Michael Garner how you going to do open houses if you don’t have listings 🤔
It’s been two months since my last reply and I received my first listing from cold calling expired listings and I received my second listing from door knocking. These methods work. You just have to stick with it.
"Nothing works" that's a pretty bad attitude. Your using neuro linguistics to convince yourself to fail.
why buy internet leads when they are so easy to generate on your own for free?
I post on kijiji and craigslist. How do you find leads for free online?
