I really enjoyed this video! the beach was so pretty. I can totally relate to your feelings of how chronic illnesses limit ability to do things others can do like spend a day or two or more doing an enjoyable activity. I went to an amusement park for the first time since I got sick and in my imagination I was going to go on at least eight fun rides hand out with friends. The reality was I had trouble pushing my wheelchair around...then tried walking and was stumbling around, went on three slow rides and held everyones service dogs as they went on fast rides cause I could not handle those. I had fun but it is a huge life change!
I completely understand the feeling of being jealous of people our age who can do anything and go all day without getting sick. With my chronic illnesses, somedays I can't hardly take a shower I am so sick. Those days I feel so bad I have to sit in the shower to wash my hair (compared to standing like a normal person) and then I am done for the day. I hate being sick. You are not alone in feeling jealous of healthy people in their 20s. Also my illnesses have gotten my family to leave vacations early. One time we tried to take a family vacation to Colorado. I was so anemic (still am) that I kept passing out due to the elevation of Colorado. We had to cut our stay short by several days because I couldn't hold any food or liquid down and passed out at every activity we did. We were only there a day and a half. Couldn't find a flight home at such short notice. So we had to drive our rental vehicle all the way back to Texas before I got any worse and ended up in the hospital.

Does Teddy work for you or your mom? What kind of service tasks does he do? I haven't seen you talk much about him, but I've noticed he wears a vest with service dog patches.
