I am catching up on your videos and it is great to see you out and about! I got my first sunburn last weekend at a graduation and as a lupus patient I know it was a big mistake. We pay for those sunburns in so many ways. You look so much better than you did just a few months ago! Hake care and keep lovin’ life! ❤️😊
That looked like a ton of fun! Seems like I always end up with a light sun burn no matter how hard I try. Metal detectors are a blast! BTW, we use a 4" memory foam mattress topper purchased in store at Walmart - it is heavenly! I don't know how we managed without. 💜

How fun! Hope your sunburn is better. Loved seeing all the ducks, geese and swans. My daughter has three ducks that have been coming back to her house in Florida for 3 years--they hang out by the pool! It isn't ideal since they do their duck business around and in the pool, but other than that, it is fun to watch them.
This makes me look forward to our beach vacation this summer 🤩
So pleased that you all had a few days away by the beach and enjoyed yourselves. The geese I think are Canadian geese( don't quote me though). I'm allergic to the sun if I sit outside my chest gets tighter and tighter. It calms down when I was little. We are all so different. Keep safe and love and hugs to you all from Swansea U.K..

Ted is a miniature goldendoodle. He weighs about 25 lbs.

I don’t have mast cell but the last time (2yrs ago) we went to Gulf shores my legs got roasted. I have CRPS and it was super frickin painful. I do believe a lot of it was due to medication I was on but I was also able to walk then so I took a walk along the beach with just a smidge of sunblock. Stoopid. So I sympathize. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to go back to the beach due to my developing hPOTS and I can’t seem to get it under well enough control to travel. Plus my CRPS spread from my arms to my legs. 😫
