Wow, Thank you for videotaping this tour. I love that she has found a safe way to cook inside. I cook outside only with flames. I have finally got enough battery power to run an electric kettle and a low power draw electric skillet. I really like her setup. It is really sad that she still has student loan payments. I feel my generation was the last to be able to put yourself through college with out student debt. Thank you again for the tour.

@@supriyashanti9880 no I will do not do flames in my vehicle or in a tent. To many years being and then volunteering for Scouts... I just have a low comfort level with flames in a confined space. I know a lot of people never have an issue, but I am a bit of a klutz. I will use an emerson heater, electric kettle or electric skillet and I found both that will work with my power station. I really like cooking outdoors anyway and have stopped at roadside parks and made a meal at a picnic table on almost every trip.
Glad to see this vanlifer thriving in the world she surrounds herself in. Her happiness really shows through! And I can understand how having all her personal effects around her at night contributes to a sense of well-being while snug inside her van. Be safe of course. Btw..,an extra metal shield can lay flat atop her 'backsplash'. But watch out it gets hot!

People like to say we are escaping reality when in truth our reality is being embraced.
Our true inner self is our reality, understood and loved simply because we are not focused on societies norms and focused within.
Society wants you to make way for everyone else, neglecting within.
Van life opens you up from the inside out.
When you embrace within, you are never without and life unfolds with an aligning to see all else with love.

I am sad about 40 years of apt living. Now as an older person they move when you do above, yuk. Then they lie and say they can't hear you when you are their whole life and are punitive if you open a door. I am thinking about this, but I also like moving around and a two room apt is bonkers, but I have yoga space,
I can relate to you about this. If you decide to give van life a try, it really does give a sense of freedom and adventure. And even though it was hard at first to let go of my items from my apartment, it turned into a blessing because I got a whole new life that I love!
