This is a challenge! Looking forward to being able to add the full 30 mins to my routine. Right now I'm doing 15 mins of this + 1 hr treadmill walking, daily. Thanks Emi for the great exercises, I have 0 back pain from these.
Let me comment honestly I started my journey in April then I was 62 kg people used to call me fat though I was medium then I started my exercise with only warm ups many of you are thinking like where to start first start with her beginners workout then I started following 15 min by some youtube influencer which was not much effective next I did zumba for 1 month but I wanted more and found her I actually started exercising emi's videos in the month of July daily I used to to different half hour or 20 min exercise and on different areas like some day leg some day abs she has all type of exercises from July till today I have lost 7 kg many may think it's less but for me it's big and best part is her motivation which is the most important thing I stick to her tried many other exercise during her to some change but couldn't without her motivation and if you are in doubt to start lying in bed do start if you start once you cannot stop it much love emi from India ❤️❤️

If I may request you to please make some videos for people with lower backache as some exercises are forbidden that include forward bends(like the above single leg RDL). So do kindly make a few leg or body workout videos that are safe for people with backache yet are effective. I know u can do this and I'm counting on you ☺️. Thank you in anticipation ☺️

Thanks for the workout 🙂 I'll do it for 30 days (with cardio exercises) , and here is my schedule
Day 1 :✅ I get very sweaty and even now I can feel the burn.
Day 2 : ✅ It's easier than yesterday but I get sweaty again
Day 3 : ✅ My legs are hurting soooo much this was the hardest day that I've did
Day 4 : ✅
Day 5 : Rest Day
Day 6 : ✅ I did this after 20 minutes of running and I feel kinda dead now. And already three people are following my progress!! Thank you so much you just gave me motivation right now
Day 7 : ✅
★ Soo it's been a week and my legs got slim like 2cm (i didn't measure it, it's just my eyes). I can garantee you this is actually a "killer burn". If you are suspicious about it, just don't!! Bc this workout works🥳 (if you're wondering i am on a diet too)
WEEK 2
Day 8 : ✅ I think I can't make this for 30 days cuz I'm so dead but NO I WON'T GIVE UP AND YOU WON'T GIVE UP TOO.
Day 9 : ❌ I couldn't do it because I wasn't feeling well.
Day 10 : ✅
Day 11 : ✅ Done! But I'm sooo tired and I can't find motivation :(

Day3 : still working on my balance. And there is a lot of pain in my leg too
Day4 : took good about of time to heal one day
Day5 : Today was so good, i had my balance back

Day 11: its tiring as i combined with 2 more workouts

Do you do it daily? If yes then it's not good for you, you have to work on different muscles every two days, otherwise it'll be dangerous for you and your body.
You can take rest, or you can do upper body or abs workouts...

Ok hello everyone, I’m wanted to try this out for a month! So I wanna update what all changes I felt starting today! Thanks emi for this wonderful workout video!
Current weight: 51kg
Day 1: feel a lot a pain cuz it’s first day. Changes are that I sweat a lot and my legs hurt but that’s normal ig.
I tried it rn and I am sweating a lot, I think this is a great workout and I am waiting to see the results after some weeks, ima do this every day. Thank u for the work u put in ur videos!😄

@@n..2638 great question, i forgot to answer, sorry😅. So after all this time i did this workout for some weekes but couldn't do it every day cause my legs hurt so i also ran and did her abs exercises. I TOTALLY reccomend it and i lost 2 and a half kilograms doing all that (i also cut sugar from my diet but not completely, i still eat fruits and from time to time ice cream and stuff but less). To answer the question, yes, my legs are slimmer and have less celulite than before, i also want to say that when u have a day when you don't want to workout because your legs hurt too much you should just walk for a bit or do abs exercises. Hope i helped!

I embark on a challenge to do those exercises every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday for 3 months as well as other exercises I WILL PUBLISH the results and my feelings during all this time to motivate me.
Day 1: 04/10/2023
I felt that it burn at the level of the outside of the thighs the exercises were simple except the cursy lunge to side raise and the reverse lunge to knee raise I thought I was going to fall.
Day 2: 06/10/2023
I've had a bit of soreness during the days I'm not practicing, but otherwise I've had an easier time doing the exercises and I EVEN find balance when I'm doing the Cursy lunge to side raise one .

PLEASE can you do more standing/no equipment workouts? I don't always want to do mat/floor work, true no-equipment (with mat being a piece of equipment) is so much more convenient
