The best part of Berserk was when Griffith got bitchslapped by Rickert.
Best part for me, is definitely when guts gets the berserker armor for the first time, because until then there was zero chance of him defeating Griffith.

The ending of this arc was near boundless power. I feel that there was some additional symbolism in it that this video (which is based off of posts from skull knight forum) did not go into. It demonstrates that a god hand member is practically invulnerable in certain respects and much more.
However, I’m going to say that the sea god story that follows this one was a letdown. It had it’s moments sure, but I think there were a lot of parts that dragged on for too long. It is kind of a black mark on the fantasia arc.

It's time for GANISHKA PROPAGANDA! Finally a video that highlights the greatness of his character and how he fit into the plans of the God Hand despite being an apostle who tried to oppose them. To put it short: Causality!. The ending of the Millennium Falcon arc catapults Berserk to another level and is my favorite section of the story! Great video, love the editing and music.
Man Getsu yes however it is so far reaching that idk how much more deeper Miura can go from this point in the story. His work is put in such a complex way that it’s like he actually witnessed all of what he puts down in the manga

Yeah like others I wonder if Skull Knight did this on purpose. The way to finish the God Hand could probably not be found in the regular world and even if that Behelit sword could do harm to a God Hand member, actually hitting them is a whole different story and it's not like he doesn't know that. So maybe the only chance he saw was putting an end to the regular world in hope that the merge would open new possibilities
It would hardly matter in my opinion. The God Hand is capable of dimension tearing strikes,so Ganishka was to be killed anyway.Skull Knight was there to stop this calamity,but failed to do so,just like in the Eclipse,Griffith's rebirth and the apostle attack on Schirke's master. He tries to change causality and brings about miniscule changes each time.We are just not yet aware,what he managed to change during the convergence effect.
@@agamemnonofmycenae5258 I think that's his plan. It's been hinted he can predict certain stuff therefore disturbing causality in the slightest throughout millennia will have an effect in defeating the god hand
he did say something like "it is impossible to oppose them by obeying the rules of the physical world", so you could totally be right. He needs to merge the astral world just as much as they do, in order to give himself more openings

Studio Taka Thank you so much for helping me to understand the epic conclusion to this arc! When I read it, I saw what was happening but didn’t understand. All I knew is that the worlds had merged, but not how exactly or why. You also helped me understand the Behelits better. I was unaware they came from the Abyss. Falconia always has seemed to me to appear from nowhere, but the explanation in this video really cleared things up for me! I suppose the manifestation of Falconia could be considered Femto’s Sephirah of the Crown, or perhaps it’s Kingship. I had to look up what Sephirah was, so I’m not too sure on what the attributes mean. Regardless, Femto’s Falconia seems appropriately akin to the places of being the other Godhand members find themselves in after the merge. Thanks for reading, and for the great video!
Good video, love the lore explained. I would also like you guys to involve a little bit of speculation involving what all this could mean for the future of the story. Like in a what could come next- sort of way. Always love me some Berserk.

Just finished reading Falcon of the Millennium Empire. I almost cried, such a beautiful conclusion. Thanks to this video I understend everything more clearly but I'm still so confused... Emotionally I mean.

I never connected the fact that, assuming he and Gaiseric are one and the same, Skull Knight played a major part in both the fall and reemergence of Falconia. If Berserk gets a proper ending someday, rereading the series as a whole and finding all of the little connections and ways that things that happen later in the series are foreshadowed by plot points that were written decades earlier is going to be amazing.

Skull knight is as aware of the flow of causality as an actual god hand member. He obviously isn’t a god hand member, otherwise Guts’ brand would bleed when he is around. Flora seemed to have this high level of understanding as well, so It’s possible to learn. Hell idk
Interested to see how will guts combat the now new and flourishing falcon army with physics, humans and Apostles. I have also have noticed the detailed emphasis on children and women on the battlefield seemed to bother Griffith and others a great deal, now guts with Farnese, sherike, the mermaid (most likely to command the sea animals alongside the Kushan sorcerer sea familiars). And the little dagger boy forgot his name. Also with help from unit commander ricket and Erica with thier weapons expertise swooping up salat and his guards. Also i can’t wait to see if all the witches and different beings on elfhiem decides to aid guts in Strengthening guts would be army against griffiths.

One of my friends said Berserk is bad.
I was interested in his reasoning to what he dislikes, maybe it just isn’t his thing.
He said “Bad story, repetitive, not original and it’s typical weeb anime.”
He should have said he hadn’t heard of it like a normal person.
Obviously figuring out from his answer he had no idea what Berserk is, I asked him to watch the Golden Arc anime movies for a small taste of its story.
He then said he “looked it up” and developed further on why “Berserk is bad”.
“Other anime are more popular such as Naruto, Dragon Ball, One Piece, etc. So it isn’t anything new or interesting like Attack on Titan or Sword Art Online was when they were released. Demon Slayer is probably way better Berserk because people actually watch that because it’s good. I doubt it’ll be as interesting as My Hero Acadamia.” He explained.
So I just sighed and went back to doing nothing in my house. Knowing that even when people are trapped in their house they don’t want even to do anything new with all the time they have. People can simply say “I haven’t watched it” or if they’ve watched a bit and didn’t like it can say “it’s just not my type” but people treating looking into something is like the pre-coronavirus version of “Wanna hang out in town?”.
Good video btw, it just reminded me of what a friend said to me as “critique” of Berserk. When they just could have simply said “I don’t want to know.”

Did SK really think the sword would be potent enough to deal with the God Hand? He has been invariably fatalistic about any prospects of defeating them throughout the whole series. It seems like he just intended his attack as part of a bigger scheme.
Skull Knights tactic was actually pretty smart on its surface level. If you swallow Beherits, not only are you stopping the spread of more apostles, you are disrupting the causal flow of that tool, but the risk here was that the ultimate purpose of those beherits in the first place was to cause the astral merge. And like most of the times, Skull Knight got the short end of the stick. I doubt he wanted his former kingdom to appear under the nose of his sworn enemies.
Do you think the Skull Knight was somehow aware of this happening, and now the the worlds are merged he could try to destroy the God hand?
Huh, good question, cuz after the merge, all the God hand gained a physical form, now griffith isnt the only one with one, it benefits skull knight since the only way to get to the god hand was to use a behelit, enter the cyclone to the eclipse, or enter a place with a high concentrated plane like with slan
PatZalatoris but wouldn’t his behelit sword be able to hit the God Hand anyway since it crosses worlds?
Do you think the skull knight is no other than "future guts" who return to the past to correct things with the help of his old self? Like flashpoint in DC universe.

Probably because no human was there to witness only ganishka zodd skull knight and him. This is a hint at Griffith caring about his image therefore to defeat him you must make his kingdom go against him

who does the awesome music for your videos or where do you find it? (is it all from the berserk anime?)
The tracks used in this one are from the 1997 anime. The last few minutes are our own tracks by composers. Generally we use original music but we figured using existing ones for this fit better.

All I can say is when it's done. I would give more details if I could but development is always changing, and it's why it's hard to give a reliable release date. Right now scene one is done and just needs SFX, but the SFX Director currently has responsibilities outside of the project that are higher priority. Scene two still has a few panels left to animate. We haven't stopped working on the episode since side content like this and if we ever do more side content I always ensure we aren't pulling resources from development on the episode to do other things.

@@tugay199156 in the bloober compilations you can hear him clearly just not sure what he's actually narrating, he's just going through the script hella confused at what the heck that red egg thing is. and by the by, you can hear griffiths voice actor go full Broadway singing at inappropriate moments in all the comps
The monologue at the end with the hand holding the Behelit, is further proof that Griffith did nothing wrong.

Some people in insta hate this arc proclaiming that it ain't no more edgy and dark , which made me realise that some fans only read berserk for gore and violence and nothing else 😭😭😭
Meanwhile Fantasia I love Fantasia because high fantasy is my favorite genre.
Dark fantasy is good too of course, especially with Berserk's writing. But I love the transition in the story, and it still has an underlying sinister side to it because we know where it's coming from and what's causing it.
for me the behelit sword is compared to the sword of truth ( sword of truth serie by terry goodkind ) or excalibur
