- In our previous Hover X1 video we came up with an idea to try and make a sort of idiot's guide to learning how to use the self-flying camera. This was the result.

The Wi-Fi the Hover app. connects to in manual mode is the Hover X1's own Wi-Fi, not your personnel network. So you can connect no matter where you are.
X1 doesn't have its own Wi-Fi. You need to connect to your HOME Wi-Fi (in search devices) or as "He said get a mobil one (Dongle) and, connect with your X1 and will/should work in most places? if a network available? Hope that was some help?
Yes it does. Do you even own an X1? If you connect to the X1 in manual mode, then look at your phones Wi-Fi settings you will see your connected to "HoverX1_(last 4 digits of your X1 serial numbers)@@sussexlandrover9383

Not everyone has mobile data.
