The best three recipes for Pancakes!

Here is my best recipes ready for Shrove Tuesday/Pancake Day in the UK. Traditionally held to mark the start of lent (Ash Wednesday). You can have sweet or savory pancakes/crepes at any point of the year, but in the UK its' tradition to have on Shrove Tuesday.
The first recipe contains beautifully thin light Pancakes which are simply delicious and go well with traditional Lemon and Sugar. However, many, many more fillings can be applied, including savory. This follows in the second recipe which mix the flavors of the sea with something delicious for dessert? Wait, Don't run away, just hear me out. In today's video, I'm creating delicious savory Seafood Pancakes that are just bursting full of flavor.

Learn how to make the perfect and crispy Banh Xeo from scratch with this easy-to-follow recipe. From the light and crispy rice flour batter to the delectable filling of shrimp, bean sprouts, and pork, every step is a celebration of authentic Vietnamese flavors, admittedly, I made a slightly change to the usual Pork and Shrimp.
