I just watched a movie called great los angles earthquake and there's a scene early on where the people are on a ride like this and I think it's the same one. I went on this ride as a kid back in the 1990s and I swear the ride in the movie was this same ride, even though in the movie it was supposed to be in LA.

i was lucky enough to get on this ride before they shut it down but it wasnt really worth it i like the physical action and detail on the destruction though interestingly i wemt to universal orlando on july 4 2014 exactly 3 years ago and a few days before the diagon alley harry potter expansion opened
I find it weird that there is a fire alarm system installed in the ride, and there's fire exploding everywhere, but the fire alarm doesn't go off.

it was 2006 I rode this scariest shit in my life... 1) I don't remember the trains being so hitch and upgraded I remembered the being unstable 1980s train. 2) the shit was packed I barely squeezed in on the ride(I was at the end) 3) I was like this ride is boring as shit...then I seen the truck come down I'm like wait a minute... then boom!!!! the flames were all over the floor not like this pansy shit mind you I'm at the end squeezed in with my classmates the flames were so dam hot I got 2.5 degree burn that mean the shit was hotter than the Devils toenail but I was okay.. I thought I was going to be one of the victims of "when something goes wrong on a ride" but real talk I thought I died from all those flames
Great video; loved this ride and was gutted to find out it wasn't there anymore when we took our daughter there a few days ago. Even more annoyed that they got rid to build a ride based on the lame F&F movies. At least with Jaws, they did it to put something even better there.

The ride is actually good. It goes fast but I think medium fast. The effects are great also. They put so many fog effects that shoot at you and water effects that wet you alot. Its amazing. You don't know what is it like if you don't try it

Is it true that either this year or sometime next year that it's been planed to close this ride for good? I read that it is true. That the main reason that it's closing that it's too expensive to fix what's broken in the ride. If it is going to happen, does anyone know what is going to replace this ride?
