Nah Herman got did dirty, who ever said honesty was the best policy😂😂
Honestly the fine land points for not having the proper insurance should be less, I feel for people that actually have insurance, cause now this might cause him to lose his insurance. He genuinely thought he had insurance and could have easily charged his mate a few pounds and yeah it been trade, seriously flawed laws.
"Welcome to Bradford," Has to be the funniest thing ever. I grew up in Bradford and I never got anyone say, "Glad you got out." 😂😂😂
Not really sure what your point is it’s just another town
"It's a long walk home for you". "Where?". Brain of Britain right there.
99% of all men stopped by UK Police are wearing Adidas 3-stripe tracksuit bottoms. 🤣
Bradford
Thats just what the people of Bradford wear
Chavs 🤷🏼♀️
Or even worse, cheap two stripe joggy bottoms. Tommy no name brand. Seen that often 🤣🤣
Its like in the jungle. It's how they recognise each other. Cheap nylon trousers.
Really felt for Herman a really super fella, what a shame only helping someone
Yeah, was going to write the same.
All he had to do was lie as well😂
Didnt even cut the poor guy some slack slapped him with the fine too 😂
If his mate was paying him for the journey he would be insured as well.
I'd have let hm off he'd obviously made a genuine mistake if he'd said he was driving it for motor trade purpose, which he could and should have (part of an export activity) he'd have been fine
24:37 That guy Tom's acting belongs in Hollywood made my day 🤣🤣🤣
ayo bro🤣
Live in Hollywood. Can confirm, incredible work. Oscar is in the post now. 😂
"Three options open to us... it's gone straight down , left or right "... WOW ! She should be a detective .. 🤣🤣🤣
The police just left that guy on the side of the road at night, to find his way home.
Good, shouldn’t have got in the car with his dickhead mate
Your man Gareth exemplifies why I never drive against a deadline. I’m a consultant too. If I have to travel I either go by plane or train, or travel up the night before. Life’s too short to be sat in a tailback on the motorway with a clock ticking.
I dont know why but the "how dooo?" at 12:20 proper got me off guard 😂
crazy aggressive driver should have been prosecuted for careless or recless driving as well.
when you hit the magic 100 mph the charge is automatically dangerous driving, he was just under the magic number
people get done for doing 33mph in a 30 this fucking skinny prick was doing 103mph on a 70mph road. Justice at its finest.
@@georgebarnes8163 That's not correct at all. There is no automatic charge of dangerous driving above 100mph.
anything over 100 MPH is band C speeding which is dangerous driving and can carry a fine up to £2,500 plus prison time@@ryanmitcham5522
@@ryanmitcham5522: I think in the US, that if you're 25 mph or more over the limit, it could get pretty serious, at the cop's discretion. Driving crazy speeds is REALLY DANGEROUS.
Even in dry conditions with good visibility. What he was doing was truly criminal. Given the way he was tailgating and in the rain, the judge should have given him the max fine, etc.
11:00 Surely kicking him out of the car and telling him to walk home is not showing duty of care considering he didn`t know what day it was.
Swines don't give a F
🤣
The old guy speeding and bullying should have his license revoked. He "wasn't aware" to me just says he's out of control. Compounded by the weather conditions, he should simply not be driving as he is a clear danger to others, as well as himself.
If that was a 20 year old doing 99 instant ban with car siezed too but nope
He was treated like a child.ridiculous behavior on both parts.
@@deborahstone9696 Hey, if you want to be treated like an adult, behaving like one is generally a good place to start. If he wants be behave like a boy racer, with zero respect for other road users, then he can expect to be treated like one... right?
His bullying behaviour was abhorrent! Many people become terrified with a bully like that glued to their back bumper while for others it triggers an equally aggressive road rage response! He should be made to learn by someone not intimidated by his bullying tactics! I for one have absolutely no sympathy with him for his age....he is old enough to know better!
What did anyone expect.. BMW, Consultant, Self important little shit who knew EXACTLY what he was doing but didn't give a toss.
Herman could literally have said his mate was paying him £1 to follow him and he would be insured
Sorry, how does that work? I'm baffled
Edit: Nevermind ignore me 😂
By doing his mate a favour he's networking to improve his own business therefore using it for business.
I quite liked him until, he said Leeds United were "crap".
@@tellmemore8837Sometimes the truth hurts 😂
@@robj3857 🙄🙄🙄🙄 no truth in it.
22:33 i thought I just witnessed a drone strike lmao
😂😂😂😂
Oh my god same, I just shit myself
Poor Hermann he's a sweet guy just in a precarious situation.
If, you can afford to go out drinking, you can afford a taxi. If you're a Scrooge or tightwads, pre arrange to be picked up by someone who is sober or have a designated driver. Why these clowns risk getting caught over the limit defies logic. 27:51 All 4 of them, sticking together, after fleeing the crash. Is this using the Harry Enfield football team tactics? 👀👀😁😁 53:10: So, you've driven over 10 miles without noticing I am not behind you? I have no idea why but I almost fell off the chair laughing. Poor chap. Police were laughing too.
Honestly, I feel kinda bad for Herman and his mate. He had insurance, just not QUITE the right kind. Had he been further back, as the officer said, they'd have not looked twice. He seemed a nice and friendly guy and had his mate been paying him, it would have been legal. Fair dos to the cops for doing their jobs, but man, that's a heavy hit for not reading the fine print.
Am a wheelchair user and I've had people push trolley against my wheelchair to shove me out the way.
hahaahahahahahahaha
Being from England myself I must say that the police are some of the nicest people. I do live in the US now and the road rules are so different. We don’t have the point system here and I’m glad of that but they can take your license from you. All in all much respect to all traffic cops.
24:50 This guy could play for England with moves like those.
How can you "not be conscious " when you are not driving safely? Isn't that an admission of driving without due care and attention?
He just trying to play the sad old man card and it worked . He should have been charged with dangerous driving.
People think understanding the Scot accent is hard, freaking heck, I have to keep rewinding and filling in the blanks. For the life of me I cant understand what they are saying. 😂
They have a closed caption button on CZcams!
Nothing difficult with these accents. I am an Australian.
I feel sorry for Herman :(
Me too, what a nice guy. Clearly misunderstood exactly what his policy covered him for. Expensive mistake!
That cop right 100% to challenge road bully tailgators. Road bully's piss me off & I want road rage bullying to be made a crime, by Law, like it is in Dubai
The elderly man that was speeding would also have been caught by the speed cameras on the gantries that showed 60 mph speed limit.
22:36 I genuinely thought the helicopter blew the people up D:
thanks for posting.
What about the poor guy who was abandoned by the roadside. Drunk and oblivious to his surroundings left to fend for himself, a casualty waiting for a incident. Too many of these programme are completely uncritical of the Police. They get to ride along and film as long as it portrays them in a good light.
police is not taxi. if you was police, would you give ride to every drunk who is stranded? i know it wasn't exactly his fault, but many things are not your fault, that doesn't mean others are responsible for you either
@@SethiozProject The police aren't required to be a taxi, you pay for a taxi, you organise a taxi, you are prepared for a taxi. They created a potential victim here. Intoxicated people require no less a duty of care than sober people. They would not have left a young women alone to wander home drunk.
Adults are responsible for themselves - it's not the job of the Police or anybody else to baby sit a man who knowingly and consensually got that drunk and got in the car with another drunk man who chose to drive and didn't have a license. Stop wanting to live in a hand holding state where nobody is responsible for their own actions. Mans a big boy, got himself into that situation it's up to him only to get himself out.
@@Dr-Pip it is no crime to get drunk
and get into the passenger seat of a car. They made a potential victim here out of a potential victim. You would not say the same about a young woman dumped out on the street so don't say it about a young lad.
@@terrortorn I would absolutely say it about a young woman. Getting drunk is not a crime, no. It's a choice. If you CHOOSE to go out and drink to the point you do not even know where you are or who you're with then that is a situation you have voluntarily put yourself in and it is not the responsibility of the Police service to taxi you home. If the Police was responsible for every individual that made bad choices because of their own irresponsibility there would be no time for police to actually do their job.
He's a big boy, he has a phone, he got himself into the mess he can get himself out. Sure there's plenty of public transport and taxis running on days when people go out drinking.
It's quite Simple... Don't Drink and Drive and you won't get Arrested !
Paul: “35 GIT UP”
Police: “No that’s a simulation check”
Paul: 👁️👄👁️
I hate going through saddleworth moor during the winter and I'm only a passenger as I don't drive
and that bloody foolish old codger is one of the reasons I hate being on motorways
and I reckon he's been driving that way for years and that wasn't the only time that's for sure
43:00 standard BMW driver
Totally agree 100%
the egos on these motorway cops are amazing lol
At 6 mins that car didn’t give them way and they were crying about it
@@Lightingtecknix Yeah. It contained a drink driver, so their instincts were spot on
0:41 41 seconds into the video like 14 into the car and he already looks like he's has enough of all the cameras lol
The female officer is such a sweetheart, you can tell she’s pure 🥹
7:54 idk that it was more acceptable 30/40 yrs ago , there were half as many cars and less people on the road. And 30/40 years ago Pubs were thriving in small towns and country villages so people didn’t need to drink drive. Plus back then people had a hell of a lot more respect for the Law of the Land and the Police. 😢
respect for the police.. in the 1980's... a time when the UK police, especially in the cities, were legendarily corrupt, faked so much evidence against innocent people, beat and killed people, had entire departments arrested and disbanded and brand new laws had to be passed to keep them under control and protect the public...
In England, the police allow random, unknown people, to sit in the backseat of a car, without handcuffs. This would never happen in the US.... LOL
For good reason!
Amazing and worrisome that there is no barrier between front and back seats in UK cop cars.
If you are STOPPED by the Authorities and Questions you ,You Must Be CIVIL ,just Like him and you can see the ADMIRATIONS of the Officers towards him,That was SWEET to Watch and Hear.Good Luck Herman you are Sweet and Educated Gentleman you are ONE of the FEW,
Bless 🙌 you for your act 🎬 of kindness ❤😊😮
She should be a detective, she said it could have gone straight down or left or right .And why didnt she have her feet on the dash putting pink nail varnish on ,
Not all the police are all one way dealing punishment. Nice to see some decent officers. Shame about the black man. Bless him didn't know about his insurance.
The ONLY reason they are decent officers is they are being FILMED ! Wake up and smell the coffee
Well that's not true is it
Blue Mondays is such a good song
1000 Iranians! 700+soldiers you mean and some women and children
Blue Monday! EXCELLENT! :D
"It's the most intense police series ever!" Hyperbole/click bait. That said it's still a good program, thanks for uploading.
It's not really clickbait if it's in the description, which you only see when you've already clicked 🤣
The old guy book him throw the book at him no excuse to many of them on the road hes a wet blanket
give a raise to the montage guy
Just dropped yourself in it saying you F*"k about at taxs payer's expense in the car when no emergency call centre you tells you to tackle some kid!
13.30 Welcome to England, we'll take you to your hotel
18:24 - for a car travelling at 100mph/160kmh it stops pretty fast........oh, and I used to get sparks coming off the flat bicycle spanner provided, free of charge with my Raleigh Strika, when I threw it across the road as a kid. Glad I don't have to sit in court in front of that cop and tell him that 😂
6:46 Imagine pulling someone over for a reason like this - absolutely pathetic policing
What decent service from the police 🚔 ❤❤🎉😊
34:58 Jesus Craig was NOT hanging about 😂
Mad respect for moving like that in all that kit.
You forgot about the automatic capability to fine you as soon as you go over the speed limit!
Dang. In Quebec, it's 80 the limit😮
That tape will stop any other cars going through the barrier
Strong stuff, that
they arnt desperate to leave iran they just know that once they make it to the uk they will get everything given to them, home, money and everthing they need.
17:57 no it's not....its 70mph lol😂
This is so much diferent from American police videos and only in a good way
Why people answer questions is beyond me.
42:33 LOL Last time this guy does any favors for anyone!!
Aren't all smuggling rings illegal?
Good spot.
So you take the suspect in the back of your car without searching him and you 2 set up front 😮😮😮 that’s wild …crazyyyyy
All it will do is put that unmarked car on the list of alarm vehicles
Yep..you can actually get a list of all the police and undercover cars from the cop shop for free..
Set yourself up a cam and plate reader and you'll be good to go 😏😏😏
Horrible to see people have so much disdain for their childrens safety
12:01 No it’ll seem ten times worse 😅
Leaving aside the issues surrounding illegal immigration, it takes a very brave person to do what those young Iranians did. No one sees the horrendous situations they leave and then have to endure before they get to a democratic country! If I was employer in the UK I would want to employ people with that level of bravery and determination. It would need to be legal of course, so let's show some understanding and compassion before the prejudice locks in! 🏴🇮🇪🙏
Coming to Sweden why i am not surprised.
Surprised that the truck driver with the people in the back was not fined, thought that was pretty much a guarantee or prison for 6 months, which is quite rough.
I love how police always say "we may seem like robots but we're still human" and "we have a duty of care" ... but then turf a guy out on his arse to walk home and even the female cop says "he was so drunk he didn't even know where he was". So if he stumbles into the road, get's bonneted and ends up dead or in hospital, then what?
EDIT: Omg the same female cop at like 54 mins "we have got a heart" .... you kicked a piss head out of a car to stumble home at god knows what time but lil herman gets a full ride to somewhere!?
Good 👍 police 🚔 👏 👌 👍 work 👍 👌 👏
I know he had no insurance, but still feel sorry for poor Herman.
He was driving for trade as well wasn’t he? He was fully legal
@@krystiankowalski7335 not sure then why he was done then.
actually he did have insurance, but insurance companies are one of the biggest scammers in world. they do this on purpose to squeeze more money out of people. UK insurance is one of the worst places to own a car in, it's made so complex. you need special insurance for every case and entire insurance policy is designed to screw you over in every possible way.
trade this, business this, pleasure that ... like WHAT THE EFF? can't they just have insurance per category and that's it?
if you want to drive cat B, then driver only needs cat B insurance and can then drive any cat B vehicle.
if you don't own a car, but want to drive, then you should be allowed to drive any car, which owner has insurance and takes responsibility. so if you cause an accident, then your friend's insurance pays for it, but as result both of your insurance goes up. even if you don't have your own policy as you don't have a car, then next time you want to make insurance, you'll have to pay more.
this would be so much simpler than this nonsense. lot of people get caught because they honestly just don't know if they are allowed to drive or not.
you literally need a lawyer to check over the insurance policy, because they purposly make it so complex that if you don't know every single term and law, you won't understand if you are allowed to drive or not.
@@Nixter1974007 Because the call handler at the insurance decided it was a SDP trip, which he wasn't covered for, and the police just went along with that. I think he should have gone to court, with a decent solicitor I think he would have had a decent chance, because there would seem to be a reasonable argument the journey was related to trade and he obviously thought it was. Remember he doesn't have to prove it was, the prosecution has to prove beyond reasonable doubt it wasn't, and it would seem it's not clear cut.
What does it mean he got 6 points on his license?
I really dont get how the insurance works in the UK, here the vehicle is insured and anyone over the age of 26 whos had a driving licence for 2 years is covered
Gangs monitoring police radio too specially during the night😅
How so? They could've many years ago, but the new system makes it virtually impossible.
@@localforeigner9528 😅👍everything need time
That man doing 100 mile an hour doesn't give a dam . He knew full well what he was doing. Angry old man.
Crashed at 100mph…yet stopped 50m after hitting the barrier. 😂
Did you see the car. Like with the wheel bent way over, etc. The car slid that distance, gouging the road, as they said. Physics is a thing.
@@rogergeyer9851 you do realise a wheel can be bent out place at way less than 100 mph right? Modern cars are designed to absorb energy by deforming. The fact a wheel is bent doesn’t mean much in terms of the speed of the crash. Gouging the road? Let’s not exaggerate here, that scraping at best. Just because the policeman said gouging doesn’t mean it was, the fact he things sparks equate to velocity is a bit of a give away. Thanks for clearing up physics is a thing, I take it since you are so astute regarding physics did you see the speed that car entered the frame? There is no way it was doing 45 m/s when it entered frame or before the impact. That impact didn’t wipe off half the kinetic energy. There is no way the energy of a 100 mph crash is being dissipated by a glancing blow on a barrier then by sliding down the asphalt for around 50m.
@@rogergeyer9851 I’ll also be interested in how you think they can assess the speed of the car without a crash scene investigation. I’m fairly sure they only do that if there is a serious injury or fatality/potential fatality in the UK. Without that the policeman is plucking numbers from think air and guestimating.
pmPrrrvissshunal Occifer 😂
It’s no wonder that country is falling apart
Drug dealers ? Singapore has no repeat offenders !
Police eyes always open😅
Just the tip of the iceberg as to what is going on at our ports .
So you can’t borrow a friends car in the UK without getting insurance to drive their car? It’s very confusing. In Australia we have compulsory insurance that is attached to the car registration.
Yeah in most of Europe the insurance is for the car so any driver is automatically insured but in fkn uk greediness rules so each individual driver needs to be insured, patethic.
You can insure your vehicle fully comprehensive for any driver , but it would cost you a fortune, that’s what businesses do.
Our car is insured for husband , me , and any other driver with our permission.
Being from London now living in Australia the driving laws here are a joke insurance is the last issue in the UK. Australia is a joke when it comes too driving laws😊
Yes I found that out the cars insurance covers the driver any driver
I would like to think that the police were more interested in driving around areas that are known for trouble rather than chatting about their music preferences. In Carlisle there is no police presence at all unless you are a poor homeless person and they move you on for no reason whatsoever. They appear to be scared/unwilling to tackle real crime and do not look after the hard working folk that are essentially paying their "wages"
Im from Australia our speed limit on country roads is about 70 miles per hour if speeding you now it these people are full of it saying they dont resize it.
I think anyone caught drink driving should be banned for life.
Had a friend joke about doing it multiple times.. she's no longer a friend. In my local town, 4 people I know died and 1 person was in a coma with life-changing injuries bc of driving under the influence. They were all 16-21 at the time, awful thing that no one should ever do.
I am a bit surprised they let the drunk passenger walk. He could have caused an accident staggering over road.
FFS! You don't get another go at breathlyser in an hour to see if you manage to be under and get released!
If he blown 77 he won't be under in an hour anyway.
Imagine acting like then even when you know TV cameras are there
Businessman in nice car blowing over ton in pouring rain gets "told off?" Nah? Any one in old car obviously broke gets charge for dangerous driving! Speeding! And no due care attention? What the actual fk? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
You dont see the firemen driving around looking for fires, or Ambulances driving around looking for casualties.. Why do we pay the police insane amounts of money to drive around being terrible at their job and not solving actual crime? If I knew my tax money went to this kind of policing I would be opting out ASAP.
7:44 I bet you didn’t wen you was working that bar
And there in lies some of the problem. How you be observing and focusing on what's going on, looking at your private fones etc.
It’s too funny how cops have this idea that people who travel closely behind you are trying to intimidate you first off they’re probably not second off if they are feel free to pull over and see who intimidates who
