I feel like the point was, why are these almost women still in an orphanage picking on kids? You can't tell me these almost women are younger than 16/17. Can we get a horror movie where the possessed doll instead lures the little girls in with kindness, helping them instead of hurting and scaring them? Then it can trick them into performing a ceremony that it insists will make it a real person/keep it alive/do something the innocent girls want badly, but instead allows it to take their souls.

The doll is in the possession of John Zapphis(probably not how u spell it) hes the caretaker of the museum the Warren's built in their basement. From what I've seen they take HEAVY precautions just to move the doll including but not limited to spritzing themselves with holy water, keeping salt on them and I'm the room.. you dont mess with demon possessed objects... its alot like with the Dybuk box... ima nope right out of touching either thing.

Before moving pictures were even a thing there was the debate that every type of story possible has already been told, and everything new is simply an interpretation of that.
I'm definitely not defending any unoriginal films, but I hate the perception or idea that it's a new thing.

Honestly, no evil doll is scarier than the one in "the living doll" episode of the twilight zone.
How come every horror franchise is a convoluted mess of families and demons and ghost hunters, with at best one or two memorable characters? And they always have prequels that are supposed to explain shit but just end up making everything more confusing. They're just impenetrable webs of names and faces that blur together, so none of the connections actually have any impact. And it doesn't help that all of these series are already following the same horror tropes and story cliches.

Who, Nightmare Bonnie, jesus at first glance he's pure nightmare fuel. The thing that I always find disturbing about him is in his animatronic pic in the extras, you can see some sort of 'ribcage ' in his chest, also the piercing white eyes man, fuck me. But over time the fact that Nightmare Bonnie has whiskers makes him and his spazzy jumpscare that was fucking terrifying, look goofy, but he still looks like the devil hooked on crack cocaine. I'm with u dude. But contrary, my favorite nightmare animatronic is Nightmare Mangle, somehow scotty managed to make her look even more fucked up than she was in the 2nd and 3rd games. I think shes stronger nightmare fuel than all the other abominations you face in that game. She'll live on in my heart.🦊🐇

One scene from this movie I loved was shortly after Whatshername was stuck in the barn and the lights were unscrewing themselves. When she got up on the ladder and forcefully screwed it back in... but then the demon just reached over and crushed it himself. Gold
