Made this same mistake taking apart my dash the first time. Remove the two back bolts from center console and it will allow console to slightly slide backwards which will give you room to remove the AC vents much easier.
Great video. Nissan should have made this entertainment system standard on their Titans!

Can you make a short demo video showing that the info screen in the gauge cluster still works with the stereo installed. That is something most guys are worried about
