Well in apples defense even if emulation was considered %100 percent copyright infringement, they were literally arm twisted into doing this by the literal government. Apple is one of the most invasive restrictive companies that exists today. I'm an engineer in Silicon Valley. If look down on other engineers that use Apple for a reason, as a mark of probable incompetence. It's a restricted Unix system, it's like using Unix from 1990 for me. Basic tools I use can be installed on it, but are not part of the general system, and the "ecosystem" (really prison), doesn't work well in other systems.
Realistically how do they catch this? That code was not on their app store right? Are they supposed to scrub the Internet for code rips? And they pulled it immediately. Banning emulators definitely was bad but this doesn't seem like a mistake on their end, all the blame falls on the dev who ripped it.

And a few months later I get it back and the phones WiFi and Bluetooth turns off by itself and won't stay on. They say it has a bunch of modules that failed and wanted me to pay $400 on top of what I already paid.
