Steve, i enjoyed your video. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. In a future video, can you elaborate on the financial part? Given the cost/amount involved with a purchase ($500,000 plus) i would imagine the numbers are a (THE?) critical piece of the purchase decision - for something being purchased as an investment. What do you include? What kind of a return are you after?
Thanks for watching and commenting. I like to break even on cash flow. Lower taxes and asset pay down.
I guess when you are investing it doesn't really matter, but with low-rise wood frame buildings, aren't noise from above an issue if the unit is not a penthouse unit?
Not usually an issue.

Based on what you are saying bere. You are primarily investing for appreciation if you are considering break even or low cash flow deals?
I invest for someone else paying off my investment and having a paid off asset in the future.
