පිරිත් සජ්ඣායනය෴ Paritta Chanting ceremony Galahitiyawa Central College Ganemulla Gampaha Sri Lanka.

This was organised by Western Province, Gampaha, Galahitiyawa Central College (National School) to celebrate the 80th anniversary.
This is Buddhist religious activity.
This is Chanda Paritta.
Lord Gautama Buddha gave thousands of advices to Buddhist disciples explaining the path of attaining Nibbana. Those discourses are named as 'Sutta'.
This Paritta Chanting ceremony is the opportunity to recite approximately selected 12 to 20 Suttas by those thousands of Suttas.
This Paritta Chanting ceremony was started on 02nd of Thursday, May 2024 at 5 pm. It proceeded until the next day at 7 am.
Principal Madam, all the teachers, non academic staff, all the parents, old students and all the students assisted and participated to succeed at this event.
