  • CoQ10 helps the body build up a substance called ATP that helps to power cells, but how does that help women to conceive? In this video, Dr. Barad explains the role of CoQ10, potential benefits, and medical recommendations for taking CoQ10 during fertility treatment. Also check if you don't have a condition called thrombosis. I know a person who has this genetic condition and could only carry on a pregnancy by taking daily injections for blood thinning. This condition is a major cause for miscarriage and it isn't enough know of this condition.

Isn’t it that UbiquinoL is better than UbiquinoN?
And if anybody knows-shold DHEA supplementation be taken even though the testosterone is at normal levels and ovarian reserve is now low (but kind of on the low side of the normal levels)?

Thank you for your answer but I’m still not clear as to WHY is UbiquinoN better than UbiquinoL?
Everything I’ve read states quite the opposite (that UbiquinoL is better than UbiquinoN, because UbiquinoL can be used by your body more efficiently).
Please clarify or post a link.
      Thank you!

My understanding is that if your DHEA levels are already high, do not supplement. It can negatively affect egg quality. I have through the roof DHEA levels, so it could actually be too much of a good thing.

No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
