Actually the 15-second reverse would still be great for Oracle. If the Bat-family were constantly required to give her status reports, then when something goes ass-up she could basically walk them through on the second try and avoid seriously terrible outcomes.
I think it would fit better if instead of time reversal, it should be precognition. She is named "Oracle" after all, and oracles are those with knowledge and insight. So it'd fit her better if she was able to see 5 or 10 minutes into the future, so that she could guide the team through stuff.
Batman: Shadow Manipulation
Nightwing: Basically Spider-Man’s abilities without wall crawling
Jason Todd: Basically Deathstroke’s abilities with a slightly increased healing factor
Tim Drake: Enhanced Senses, I don’t want to give characters an upgrade on their already existing skills just something to compliment them
Barbara: I feel like technokinesis fits
Damian: tactile telekinesis
Batwing: Flight
Cassandra: Invisibility or Teleportation
Batwoman: Super strength
Alfred: Healing and immortality because the whole family is pretty much lost without him
My OC Shadow Bear actually has that power that you suggested for Batman.
@CZcams Girl basically it’s what Superboy has that allows him to emulate kryptonian abilities, it’s like standard telekinesis but you have to physically touch something to use telekinesis on in so pretty much for Damian it’s a fancy way of giving him super strength, speed, and durability in one core ability

Alfred - immortality (seriously they family would be screwed if he died)
Nightwing - Flight
Red Hood - emotional manipulation (self)
Red Robin - some kind of analysis or clairvoyance
Robin - embue esoteric effects to himself and his weapons
Barbra Gordon - technopathy

Personally I thought time travel was perfect for "Oracle" rather than "Batgirl" because, yes, Oracle was a techno-whiz but she is named after the Oracle from Greek mythology which had the ability of prophecy. So if D.C.s version had time travel abilities it would make sense because she could essentially predict the future.

I remember in the Batman cartoon, known as 'the Batman', Robin used a prototype duplication machine to make copies of himself but they can easily be killed by one hit.
To summarize:
Bruce becomes the headless rider in Durarara
Alfred becomes the Medic TM
Nightwing is pretty much the same
Red Hood becomes Erza Scarlet
Batgirl becomes Sakuya Izayoi
Tim becomes Predator or gains Connor Kenway's skill
Damien turns into Metal Sonic

Batwing becomes Magneto

Tim: Enhanced senses(for better detective work)
Damian: Enhanced physicality
Barbara: Superior intellect(since she is the overwatch)
Cait: Telepathy(to predict her opponent’s move before they make it)
Luke: Symbiotic connection(he’s pretty much a power ranger, but with his own suit. And nobody else can use it)
Catwoman: Enhanced agility
Stephanie Brown: Invisibility
Huntress: Infrared vision(to detect life signs)
Bette Kain: Flight
Bluebird: Technokinesis
Talon: Retractable claws(on his fingers)
Pretty nice, though I would say Catwoman already has a power (cat-whisperer), but I like the creativity in some of these. Mostly, though, I just ask "What about Cassandra Cain?"
Damians is kind of stupid, due to the fact that he already has it in most versions of him.

Allen Smithee he can't choose what he forgets he just forgets something else in order to learn something new. He can even forget his childhood,parents,friends, anything that isn't what he is immediately learning and it's permanent too unless someone with the power gives him these memories back.
I feel Batman would have fear-based powers, since he uses fear and intimidation very heavily in his fighting style

Bruce should have a healing factor, cuz it's basically the same as the plot armor he has in a lot of stories already but official instead of just not explaining how he survives things.

Actually, the Red Hood's(Jason Todd's) skin is fireproof/explosion proof, due to the Lazarus Pit making it impossible for him to die the same way twice(by fiery explosion), which is why he's now a pyromaniac, loves explosions, guns, and even wears an explosive red helmet. It was said that Jason can actually take a bazooka to the face and survive quite easily.

From a little research I think Batman said something about it in Batman: Hush #10 he did say he'll be greater than him one day. But I'm almost sure I remember one instance somewhere where Bruce said he was better. I'm just not sure where.

@@symlees3357 He's said it a few times in comics, and has actually let Tim take investigative lead multiple times as well. He has also deferred to Barry Allen & Ralph Dibny on multiple occasions as well as called in Detective Chimp.

I think you made good choices, and they obviously showed that you put thought into choosing the powers and that you're pretty well-versed in comics and action fantasy. I won't say your ideas are the RIGHT choice, but they are great choices. What everyone else suggests will likely work just as well in one way or another. Keep going strong, you're channel is great!
I think Bruce should have telepathy. Dick precognition. Jason bulletproof skin or harden skin (similar to Luke Cage)or teleportation.Tim extrasensory. Barbara enhanced healing(similar to the flash). Damion Berserker rage. I don't know much about the last two and i only counted the fighters of the family (i know alfred is a fighter to but he's more like the dad who provides support and protection but only as a last resort).

I'm going for a gamut... gonna try to be original: Echolocation (good if you have to work in the dark); psychic ability to induce crippling fear or blind panic; instantly assemble any device from the appropriate parts (can't carry everything in a utility belt); intangibility to get into secure facilities or slip through bonds...
EDIT: And someone in Gotham needs the power to cure the mental illnesses of others.

Batwoman-Magic(Now here me out, batwoman in the comics is probably the most distant from the Bat family out of everyone. She from what I know has none of the same villains as the other members and she does tend to fight super natural villains so I think it could work)
Red Robin-Telepathy(I think it would be fun to see)
Robin-Hulk(Now this one is definitely crazy but imagine damian Wayne turning into this big brute. But only when he got angry, well more angry than he usually is. Yes this is identical to hulk but come on, Robin becoming hulk)
Batwing(So he has two but one is basically forge from marvels power and the ability to control any machine)
Bat girl-Speed or teleportation(one of the two)also if she was oracle I think her becoming one with the internet would be cool like basically increasing her already fantastic hacking skills

Id say seeing into the future up to a few minutes or hours would also be good for batgirl or Tim drake. It would allow them to create a plan and look into the future to see how it goes, so they can adapt the plan to get the besr possible outcome

With Jason, I get where you're coming from, but I'd have to say that if he fears being killed again that much, then his power should be invulnerability

Batman has trained a lot to seem like he’s invisible,so why not give him invisibility?
Nightwing knows he’s not perfect and can easily die so by giving him a power that he can treat as a last resort would be beneficial such as teleportation-this would also combo well with his agility and his move more,get hit less style
Red hood,he’s reckless and fearless,which often backfires so a healing factor would be the most helpful I think
Red robin often relies on his bo staff which doesn’t allow him to use as much weapons as other bat family members so to make up for it he could have heat vision-this makes up explosives and projectiles (such as batarangs)
Damian doesn’t hold anything back in a fight so something that would give him a slight advantage would be beneficial.I feel like mid reading would be too much for him to handle,since he’s 10 and angry.So I’m going to say either the ability to summon electricity (to slow the enemy down,even by a second) or to identify a weak point (but he can pretty much do this anyway)
Batgirl is pretty the same as Dick but she looks up to batman and believes she is better than Dick.Hence she doesn’t think she is imperfect.So instead of a last resort ability increased endurance,which makes up for her lack of armour when compared to batman.it would have also prevented her from going into a wheelchair

I think Damien would have some kind of battle intuition. Not exactly seeing the future, but similar to Deathstroke and Ravager, he is able to fully anticipate his opponents next move and have a slowed sense of time to be able to plan accordingly. Just my thought 🤷🏼♀️
batman should get the power of immortality, where he gets to learn through his life time , and it would give him a great story due to his struggles and history getting left behind with every 100 years also we can get a story where he bonds with other immortals villain or not.
I agree with all the powers beside Damian. He should have a ability to control objects around him. So that why he could still be able to use his gear or get advances in fights against foes that would have been a better fighter.

I think a good Red Hood superpower would be him to be able to instantly pick up a gun and know exactly how to operate it and how to use it effectively. So let's say that there's another Infinite Crisis storyline and red hood has to go onto an alien ship to help out. He finds a gun there they doesn't know he picks it up and instantly knows how to use it and what it does. It would kind of be like Damien's power but except for with red hood it would be guns. But there are some other suggestions that I like from the comments like a healing Factor and I do like your suggestion being able to instantly have any weapon at his disposal. Which would be pretty cool

I want to run my own experiment: which Dragonmark from Ebberson should each member of the Bat Family get?
Batman: Mark of Shadow. Good name aside, this Mark gives its bearer powers of illusion and divination which would be very helpful in his sneaking, scaring, and investigating M.O.
Alfred: Mark of Healing or Mark of Hospitality (this gives its bearer magically summoned/supported food and shelter). Both work well in his role as support for the family.
Nightwing: Mark of Passage. This one was tough, but given his focus on agility and his longtime friendship with Wally West, this feels right.
Red Hood: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Warding. One of these grants personal protection, the other lets you set magical alerts and traps, which fits in with Jason's fear of being helpless. Also, the Mark of Death is an option which maybe gives its bearer the power to create the undead (not sure as this one is considered "lost" and its powers forgotten).
Red Robin: Mark of Finding or Mark of Detection. I was tempted to give these to Batman as they are very good for a detective.
Robin: Mark of Sentinel. The House that bears it runs mercenary and body guard services. Also it makes the bearer resistant to some types of damage, which would be nice for a martial artist who fights metahumans.
Batgirl/Oracle: Mark of Passage/Mark of Scribing. The Mark of Scribing grants its bearer power related to writing and long-distance communication, perfect for a computer expert.
Batwoman: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Storm. This fits with her strong, forceful personality and her military background.
Batwing: Mark of Making or Mark of Storm. Making probably feels more like it should be his father's, but Needlemouse gave Luke the power to craft his own suit, so this feels complementary to that. Storm just feels like it would fit with the suit's large amounts of firepower.
Honorable Mention: Catwoman: She kind of does have a superpower, an uncanny skill at animal handling limited to felines. Thus she gets the Mark of Handling, but already basically has it.

Terry Mcginnis I think would get some kind of sense past of an item. He could touch an item and figure out everything about from creation up until the present, allowing him to do what he wills with the knowledge. I think it would be pretty interesting seeing as he takes up the suit after Bruce can't.
If batwing would be able to summon a suit from any material, it would be interesting to see the suits abilities differ depending on the material. For example some materials would have enhanced strength ,such as diamonds, while others may have enhanced flight capabilities, etc... It would be an interesting idea to play around with in comics.
I wondered about that. I wondered what a suit made of water would do for him it that was all that was around.

I would tend to agree with those who suggest that Nightwing might posses flight but there is no reason he could not have this in addition to the aforementioned enhanced acrobatic ability and enhanced physical abilities. They would indeed compliment each other. As for the Red Hood, some type of self-resurrection ability might be most in-keeping with his character. Just a thought.
