I think the reason why Red Hood stands out the most to me isn't just because he's willing to kill. Despite what Batman says, Jason isn't actually the one who can't control his inner demons. Batman is projecting his own fears that that if he starts, he won't be able to stop. Jason doesn't have that issue. He doesn't just kill every crook he meets. He researches and profiles them before deciding whether it's justifiable to kill or save them. He believes in second chances (e.g., Sparing the life of Suzie Su) but he is analytical, practical and realistic. Jason isn't just willing to kill, he does it in precision and for what he believes is "the greater good". Even Batman said it himself, given time to think, Jason can do anything (sadly though, that was stated negatively).
Jason is willing to kill, but it’s not uncommon for many comic iterations to put this edge to Jason where he starts spiralling into this pit of emotional baggage and torment. He’s the most broken in the bat family and him killing is just making it worse for him. Of course they have to keep resetting the character back to default because comics can’t deviate too far in terms of character arcs.

I would also argue that in the comics at least (obviously pre-new 52) Tim also has the best moral compass and conscience. (Mainly because of the Blockbuster thing, and Ressurection of Ra's)

A violent, sadistic serial rapist diplomat's son whose diplomatic immunity makes it impossible for the criminal justice system to punish him for his heinous crimes? Crimes so bad they drove a nice lady to suicide because she'd rather die than face such torture again? Yeah. His victims deserved justice and Jason gave that to them. And since Garzonas got sadistic pleasure from it and had no potential legal consequences as a deterrant, he would inevitably reoffend. Jason also prevented this. Batman fucking sucks at preventing reoffending. The murder also highlighted his strong sense of protectiveness for vulnerable people, and is his first known kill. I hate that Jason is so frequently portrayed as some axe crazy blood knight that loves killing and does it for fun, when he's much more compelling as a character who hates killing, but feels like he has to in order to find justice in an unfair world because Batman's way aint cutting it. I don't know. Am I the only one who thinks that Dick's most important kill was the Joker? I mean, even if Batman revived him straight away, Dick did go on a rampage to avenge Jason and Tim, as he thought the latter had been killed by the Joker too. For me, that's a pivotal moment, for him, as he couldn't handle it. He was driven by blind rage and it broke him to lose his shit that way. The aftermath showed how compassionate and hard on himself he could be and why he could never really be a killer like Jason or Damian. Even though those two weren't here at the time, it ultimately set him apart from them when they did appear, and showed why he was the best to wear the cowl. It was reinforced later by his reaction to him not stopping Tarantula from killing Blockbuster. It's not that Dick doesn't have blood on his hands that makes him the most compassionate of all the Robins. It's that when he does have blood on his hands, he can't stand the idea of being free and feeling that by killing, he was weak. So for me, that's why it's his most important kill.
Personally I think Damian is a sociopath, they show similar characteristics to a psychopath with the difference being that sociopaths are made while psychopaths are born. Keep in mind during his time in the league of assassins he would have probably been tested in a similar way, thus why he killed and decapitated the guy.

Pretty much any future version of Tim that is Batman is shown to be a killer or crazy, I don't think that's a good idea. He could be the nest Batman, but it'd drive him to be a killer, which isn't what Batman stands for.
You forgot Blockbuster. It's got pretty much the same attributes as the KGBeast kill in terms of showing Dick's psyche when it comes to killing, the only difference being that he doesn't physically kill Blockbuster.

They were fighting and they both somehow ended up in the water and Robin strangled him to death with his staff. I think Damien is the heir to the Batman title. Dick really wants to be separate from Batman. He's fine with it for a little time but if he had to permanently be Batman he wouldn't want to. Jason is too far out to be able to be Batman. And Tim's whole thing is there needs to be a Robin. Tim will always prefer to be Robin.
But Superman didn’t give into bass urges. Killing Zod was a absolute last resort for him. His heat vision was about to kill a family and sups was pleading for Zod to stop. When Zod goes “never” he makes that call and immediately regrets it. I agree some of Snyder’s handlings of the characters in the future films is a bit problematic but I don’t believe Man Of Steel is the betrayal many say it is.

If I were a DC hero I could never be like batman dark and terrifying 1. There are things i wouldn't do like killing if i didn't have to 2. I'd drive something like the bat car 3. I'm scared of heights so high flying stunts wouldn't be my thing unless I was able to swallow my fears 4. I don't know. Am I the only one who thinks that Dick's most important kill was the Joker? I mean, even if Batman revived him straight away, Dick did go on a rampage to avenge Jason and Tim, as he thought the latter had been killed by the Joker too. For me, that's a pivotal moment, for him, as he couldn't handle it. He was driven by blind rage and it broke him to lose his shit that way. The aftermath showed how compassionate and hard on himself he could be and why he could never really be a killer like Jason or Damian. Even though those two weren't here at the time, it ultimately set him apart from them when they did appear, and showed why he was the best to wear the cowl. It was reinforced later by his reaction to him not stopping Tarantula from killing Blockbuster. It's not that Dick doesn't have blood on his hands that makes him the most compassionate of all the Robins. It's that when he does have blood on his hands, he can't stand the idea of being free and feeling that by killing, he was weak. So for me, that's why it's his most important kill.

Personally I think Damian is a sociopath, they show similar characteristics to a psychopath with the difference being that sociopaths are made while psychopaths are born. Keep in mind during his time in the league of assassins he would have probably been tested in a similar way, thus why he killed and decapitated the guy.

Edit just to get it out of the way: Jason gets sent to Arkham by batman and is released back into society, officially declared sane.
So a masked murderer/marksman/martial artist, who was resurrected, field by rage and vengeance, is saner than a vigilante who kills you with medical bills, fine for me, I'm in the UK, our most expensive rooms aren't a hospital.
