I am SO envious of the talent in this group!! Is there ANYTHING they CANNOT cover???? Holy Smokes. I'm a Beatles fan from the 60's and usually am not impressed by anyone who tries to recreate their music. But F & F keep proving how great their talent is. From C,S, N & Y to the Beatles to the Beach Boys and everything in between....absolutely MARVELOUS!!!!
Yeah same here. I’m a Beatles snob, and I typically don’t thumbs up any attempt at covering the masters. But I’ll give kudos to FF. Great harmonies especially.

Just found you guys here on the tube, I just wanted to say I am a retired FOH engineer and the pleasure of working with many talented acts over the years, in both outdoor and in clubs and bars , including Marshal Tucker Band and McGuffey lane, Kentucky Head Hunters, Get the Knack , and many talented cover bands from that era , and you guys are one of the best sounding well rounded cover bands I have ever head with an awesome catalog of music choice, keep up the good show guys, great stuff
You guy’s hit a grand slam with your cover of No Where Man. Loved everything about how well you did this song. I dated my girlfriend to everything Beatles with my 8 track. @@gatesgoodell-westcoastfolk2101 I think all the Foxes do some of the the best harmonies I've heard. Also, take a look at the bassist. That's a wonderful example of replicating McCartney's often overlooked mastery of the bottom runs.
Really nice. I expect fine performances by F&F, but one thing I especially liked about this one was the video/editing. Nicely done!

It is one thing to offer up a good musical "cover" of a beloved song. It is quite another to capture the spirit of that song and to express it so the audience recognizes that the band "gets it". Foxes and Fossils does this so very remarkably well! Bravo!

I swear to you, this made me tear up. Part of it is the beauty you bring to the music with your talent, and part of it is because I remember this song so well from my high school years. How could so much time have gone by, and so quickly? The song and your performance was bittersweet for me, but definitely more sweet than bitter
When I saw the title, I came all set to dislike the effort. But you folks nailed it. This cover captures the essence of the song marvelously. If the original recordings were all to disappear, I would be happy to offer your cover as an example of what the song actually sounded like. Bravo!

Incredible, I've been a F&F fan for many years. YT recently recommended a video showing The Beatles in the studio around 1970... I'll be honest here, I have felt burnt out on The Beatles for quite awhile but just a little bit ago I found tears in my eyes watching that video and then out of nowhere is a new recomendation for this.

One of my favorite Beatles tunes. And there you guys were, with Maggie and Sammie on some sort of hiatus. And still. with a skeleton crew, nailing another cover of a classic. I'm well into my seventies, and it reminds me of my high school days. You never disappoint me. I could listen to Chase singing "Ooh. lah, lah lah lah" to Tim's lead, and never tire of it. Best. Cover. Band. Period.
One of their impromptu live recordings for Patreon with whoever was in the studio that day, same as Love Hurts and It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference. "Members of Foxes and Fossils" Tim has been alternating between those and the full group productions.

Excellent! My rock band in the 60’s played this song. As a 16 year old bass player, I had to learn McCartney’s bassline on a cheap Silvertone guitar from Sears and Roebuck!
