I love the statement, "I see this as a matter of honesty and integrity, so it's important for me to be clear about where I stand." I could have used that repeatedly in the last two years. Great ideas to control emotion. Thank you.
I'm so glad that this was useful to you Sno. It has definitely been a game-changer for my clients who have started using this phrase. Thanks for watching!
Great tips. I always managed to control my feelings and temper and work. But, it would follow me home and cause such a draining day. I liked the tip to excuse yourself if you need to.
Suzanne-Thanks for this amazing video and these powerful tips. 🔥🔥🔥 Language change can totally create that shift we’re needing at work! Sharing your intent creates the space for vulnerability and honest feedback! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This woman knows wtf is going on. Easy sub, for the sake of my sanity. Thank you, Doctor. I think what’s odd is that I’m a man, and this speaks more sanely than anything I’ve head. I think people have been pigeon-holed into gender slots, and it’s affecting all our lives, and it’s wrong. We are not our genders, we are ducking people.
Have you ever struggled to control your emotions in the workplace?
Yes! And these tips are really helpful. Thank you.
I had an outburst today which is why I'm here...I want to fix this so it doesn't happen again.
