Great show, guys! The only time my sales slow down is when I do. Keep moving, everyone! You are in charge of your effort and research and your effort and research is in charge of your success.
Everyone has their own superpower if they can just figure it out. Sadly, a lot of people settle for trying to be a copy of someone else. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. Learn from others, but follow your own path & cultivate your superpower.
I'm an old guy now but in my very early twenties I had well in place that firm belief about not comparing yourself to others and frankly not caring what others may think (not meaning on a jerk level). It simplifies so much when you do that. Like you said just compare yourself to yourself and learn and improve.
Just started my reselling journey 2 weeks ago. Have been bingeing your content and am beyond grateful for all the mindset advice. So helpful to put things in perspective. Also, thank you thank you thank you for being vulnerable and normalizing taking medication for your ADHD. I have severe anxiety and taking medication for it so to hear your perspective on it and normalizing it for others is super refreshing to hear. This is officially my new favorite podcast!
In one of my categories, I pick up things without sold comps on eBay pretty often. More times than not, I get the sale for a nice profit. Sometimes, no solds means the item is rare, out of print, unique...etc. Every category is different & good advice for one category may be bad advice for another category.
32:08 Could very well be you have a mutation in your MTHFR gene. Google "MTHFR gene and ADHD" "The methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene is associated with an increased risk of developing Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). When mutated, the MTHFR gene can cause the body to produce too much folate and not enough methylfolate, which can disrupt the production of serotonin and dopamine. These neurotransmitters are key players in ADHD, autism, and mood disorders."
Jake Please be careful taking Alderol. Yes it can greatly improve your focus and productivity but after a while it can cause anxiety. It can make you feel like you took speed and just gets worse. For me the anxiety it caused was just not worth it.

Awesome show guys
I enjoyed this podcast as a reminder to continue learning from others in my reselling business. You both come across as humble, young individuals.
