Shaan is on point. One thing I must say, recognize that the anxiety will come back over n over again. It might do this for awhile, your only job is to not respond in fear every time it comes back. EVERY TIME! Tell it “fuk u”, allow it, don’t respond, n refocus onto present. U might have to do this for awhile before the mind starts doing it automatically on its own.

I had really bad depression and anxiety attacks after getting too high from marijuana and I am feeling so much better now. Being scared is a perfectly normal feeling but reacting in fear is running away from what made you scared. To overcome anxiety, you have to allow discomfort and accept it and your nervous system will learn how to realize that whatever situation you’re in making you feel uncomfortable is actually not a threat so you’re essentially desensitizing those uncomfortable feelings. Hope that makes sense. I’m on the road to recovery and I finally understand now rather than living in fear of having a panic attack everywhere I go.
