@@bk-terminator3617 mate, as a law graduate in Romania (i did not practice though) i can tell you he has no chance at all, the prosecutor and his team are the best in the country, his team of lawyers is mediocre at best, i was talking to a defense lawyer friend of mine, and nobody from the upper echelon of lawyers wanted to touch this case for any amount of money, because it is DOA...
he has no chance against the evidence, remember we don't have jury courts so it is all about the evidence, he should have pleaded guilty for a reduced sentence because now the prosecutor is going to go for the maximum penalty...

There are plenty of scriptures that describe this man "Pride before the fall" his pride is so big and he's saying that God is funding him.
