It's just funny how he's been into car audio for so many years yet he can still be surprised by this stuff.. 😂
It's being happy about it and what he created more than being surprised.
I've been inside vehicles that made me feel like I'd been kicked in the nuts and made my ribs hurt after getting out but I'm still super happy when I hook up so low mid level 12s and a 1500 watt amp and get 144 145 db.
I'm sure this is 150+

Wow Steve i used to watch your videos all the time when i was 16-19 (now 25) and had just got my license and always had to be pounding you were my biggest inspiration! My life has gotten busy and i have three children so the car audio scene has somewhat dissipated from my life but i'm looking at getting back into it soon! I really miss it and the feeling you get from building something and putting it together and being satisfied with it and i could always accomplish that watching your videos for ideas! When i realized that was your son and he wasn't so little anymore and seen you riding shotgun with him following in your foot steps gave me the biggest smile and motivation boost ever! Glad everything is going so good for you and your family!

yeah steve would make the best amps :=)
problem is people don't want to pay what it costs to hand make quality electronics..
he could design&have built somewhere decent but affordable like S.Korea or Mexico but there's stiff competition and large upfront cost.
he could do a super limited run or something but don't be surprised if the cost is 10x a comparable private label/ OEM made and then it's either insane class A low watts but high power, or lots and lots of PCB soldering best left to robots

just used this bed lining kit on a box for 2 12s behind the seat i have seen you use it before and decided to try it myself and i am amazed on how well it came out. it really is a great product and covers well.

These remind me of my DD subs I just installed 2 DD 12"s in my wife's eclipse on 2 Orion hcca 4500 mono blocks.. I got the white and red cones on my DD subs when I sent them in to be rebuilt they came back beautiful and the red and white theme on them was amazing. I was going to go yellow and carbon but changed my mind now I wish I would have cause these subs look good and reminds me so much of my now wife's subs.. I'm still rocking my FI BTL 18" I got PSI recone kit on it it's fully loaded new giant motor and it straight up destroys a lot of single sub systems. I'd love to come out to cali and get you to build me a new enclosure your boxs remind me of those old virtual tech sub boxs from back in the early 2000s

That looks badass even the attention to detail on the wiring. Not sure if you're into anything "flashy" but I think some lighting would look good with the plexi window on the box
