The coils *might* be wired parallel, so blowing one wont prevent it from playing
Looks to be parallel the whole way.
6:15 *you can see alot of loose debris on the floor flying around, likely a loose strand of wire got stuck in coil for sec*

EXO has the best bass channel on youtube period. He truly puts an effort in his editing and makes the video more interesting. Never dull or boring like Meade's videos or others on youtube.

At 07:07 there were some more sparks I think it was a loose cable. The first sparks welded the cable to the connector and run loose at 07:07 again.

I still get impressed with super caps and lithium batteries. When I used to compete I was lucky to find decent AGM batteries. Wish my channel was on car audio. So many memories, vlx400s, Colossus amps, strokers, DD, etc.

The SA series is what i first experienced but its was 3 sa 10s and it was the car down the road in our neighborhood. It shook the house. Sundown always has some good stuff

probably a couple of strands on the leads to the sub were loose on both or one side and onces they moved around to that one point where some pieces of copper met and cause some sparks from the 1000s of watts being pushed through each wire
So this is just a guess but, if you ever look at the inside of a Cordless drill when you quickly press the trigger, you will see a quick spark. This could be the same type of thing to where the quick bursts of power are causing sparks to pop out

I think a stray strand poked its self out and then when it short circuited the wire acted like a fuse and burned up but the amp did not go into protect because of how short the time it was shorted for was.
That is my thoughts.
I’d say the frame looks a lot like the deaf bonce sa3s and 4s frame. It also looks like some psi frames and a couple others as well.

I think it blew the wire off or possibly broke one of the spider wires feeding the coil who knows , wasnt a coil pop I assume cause it didnt blow out the vent hole on the back of the magnet

I have no beefy subs or amps or anything, i just have my Logitech z625 hooked up to an inverter, to the battery and that's it, it sounds great and 200 watts RMS is plenty of power but nothing can compare to the subs on car audio demos, THAT'S A LOT OF BASS!
I think a wire came loose and connected to the other terminal on sub a couple times or some garbage was in that sub or sucked into sub and it chipped a piece off the end of the coil

I was in the B2 van and couldn't take more then a min in that thing! Between a 55 and 60. Only been in 2 seriously loud cars and that being one, so not much to go on. And I only run a 400watt sub
