My 70 350 Caprice was the best vehicle ever! I towed a 40’ travel trailer from Chicago to Phoenix with it. When I sold it, she had over 300k on the clock. One of those cars I wish I had kept!
That thing turned out awesome, I've rode in one of those stock back in the day and can picture in my mind what that badass thing will do now. They don't make cars like that anymore, mostly throw away, Love the classics.
I love it when such magnificent pieces are carefully restored. Of course it costs money. But another classic car saved from the scrapyard. Perfect job 👍🏻

Nice to see a build on a classic boat. I've had a few of these caprices and liked them . My brother bought a 66 Caprice with 396 3 on the tree a real classic
You guys always start with totally functional survivor vehicles... Its like cheating. That said, I'd take this build in a heartbeat. Good work gentlemen.
Just a note : When you pull a good engine or one that your going to rebuild & you don't have or aren't using an engine stand use a old tire to set your engine on
Why didn't you take care of the undercarriage before you painted the body ?? A good show vehicle is sandblasted all over as a prep before painting & undercarriage rust proofing .
Both super snakes still exist the other car went to his best friend at the time, Bill C . And he is not telling anybody where it is. However i can tell you this it is tucked away with only 218 miles on the clock...
Or, you could get amongst it. Do as much you can yourself, even if it takes years, watch things like this to help and inspire you and have something that you could be proud of, even if its not a show car at the end of. Or not😮

That green was such an great upgrade to the original color.
Love this build and that motor. 840 horse with that large of a supercharger pulley is very impressive. Low boost and high dependability.
Wheel diameter is a little bit too big but this project turned out really nice. Cruising the freeway would be this car's happy place.

Longer wheel studs is also much safer plus frame bracing for the horsepower you guys are getting is also a plus if you guys decide on another build

It was a great build other than the wheels and tires. I can't stand huge wheels and rubber band tires on vintage cruisers.
