On the topic of Marvel, I’m binging Iron Fist right now, along with all the other Netflix avengers, and I don’t get the hate for the actor playing Danny, or the show as a whole. I really like it. Maybe people are comparing it to the comics version of the character? Idk but I hope all the Netflix people come back. I’ve liked every show. They can just have the blade film take place in another reality, and the supernatural stuff leaks into the main MCU along with him, to explain the CottonMouth thing.
Should be seeing this three times that weekend.

@@christianrapper not at all many are likely waiting for this movie in particular to go and see a movie in the theater the first 2 movies are loved by fans and the fan base has grown a lot since that time and I have not met a single person or seen a single reactor who didn't love the DP movies and are hyped for this next one.

How is this projection work? What tool, what system they use? Who are they?

Screen Engine, NRG, and Quorum are the 3 data analysis firms whose projections were discussed in this video. They measure box office results comparing past data to present b.o. performance patterns and current market trends. There are usually 2 sets of box office projections: one from independent firms, and the other comes from the studio’s own analysts and accountants. These projections tend to be lowballed, so that if the movie outperforms them, it’ll look like a hit, and if it doesn’t, it won’t look too disappointing. The $165 million projection is the current low-end projection.

Normally, I would be super excited for the popcorn bucket, but we never get the cool popcorn buckets here in Australia, so Im more excited for the Deadpool Edition of the Aviation Gin.

@@nds20041 I think it is because the show is unabashedly mocking just one half of America's political spectrum while completely ignoring the other half's faults. Which didn't used to be the case in S1 when they would mock both sides while telling a good story. Personally I don't care about the politics as long as the story is good and till now it is good. Plenty of movies have. The biggest factor I know of is Paranormal Activity. It made $193M on a $15k budget.
So, for each dollar of budget, Joker made roughly $20 in revenue but Paranormal Activity made $12893.

The reason why people are hyped up for this is because of Deadpool and Wolverine themselves and also they suspect that this isn't going to be Disney-fied. The recent MCU movies that are hated are the ones that have obvious Disney interference which doesn't seem like the case with Deadpool & Wolverine. The trailers make the movie feel like a Fox Marvel movie with some MCU references sprinkled.

Aside from Deadpool and a very few X-Men movies, most were awful: Fant4stic, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix. Oof.
