What’s better for career options? To begin in Asset Management or Wealth Management?

Both are good. Depends what you're more interested in. I've seen people from from AM to WM and vice versa.
I’m confused.. There are IB and AM firms, but in IB you have not only M&A roles but also AM roles. Are those AM roles also about 50/60 hours o in IB firms front office everyone works 90+hours?

Hi Afzal. Im looking to get a degree apprenticeship in pretty much anything I can get on related to banking. Would you think I'm better off going to uni and hoping to get a role as an asset manger afterwards or getting a degree apprenticeship now in something similar such as corporate banking for HSBC if I don't manage to get an apprenticeship for asset management? But didn’t the pay gap increase recently as ibd salaries have increased a lot after the Goldman survey
Well you can’t be sure what they do with the year end bonuses. Might just hike up salary and slash bonuses, very likely anyways.

The stock market has been a really tough one this past year, but I watched an interview on CNBC where the anchor kept mentioning "Tamara Diane Hagan". This prompted me to get in touch with her, and from May 2021 till now we have been working together, and I can now boast of $540,000 in my trading portfolio.
That's right, getting in touch with a consultant during the pandemic was how I was able to scale through the crazy stock downtrend.
