  • The Primemutton continues exploring Vigo and the cuisine of Galicia , and stumbles upon an exquisite street food style octopus stall by Bar Komercio by the marina. Mutton then moves on to try more seasonal specialties at Taverna a Piedra , which must rank as one of the best value for money and quality seafood restaurants he's ever been to. After having tried some melt in the mouth razor clams , as often is the case at a Mutton style meal , the Primemutton ends the evening a little worse for wear.

Pleased to announce that I've replaced my stolen laptop and the videos are rolling out again. As always all reviews impartial and all food and drink paid for by myself.

Just want to send big thanks & appreciation of your videos - we were approaching Vigo on a cruise when I was able to see your video’s. We followed your advice on wine, octopus, pepper dish, Santiago tart. We found oyster alley. The food within this region has made us want to plan a stay in Vigo at some point to devour more fabulous seafood. So once again big appreciation & have subscribed. It’s wonderful to see knowledge & appreciation of a regions gastronomic delights. 🇬🇧👍🏼

Loved the review even though I dislike seafood gives us a flavour (no pun intended) of the town , was in Vigo recently but ended up visiting Santiago Vigo itself looks well worth exploring

you have to visit León. The city in Spain with more bars per habitant. You will find in there the 2 best tapas areas in Spain; barrio húmedo & barrio romántico, both in the old town close to the cathedral

The reason I ask is that in terms of tomatoes , I find a massive disparity between sun grown and greenhouse grown.

Some of the world's best Rasor Clams come from the North West coast of England. Unfortunately, illegal Chinese gangs have been descending on the best beds by the truckload, and are doing irreparable damage to the marine habitat.

Of course another problem is that the British public won’t eat them which is a pity
