Im sorry you lost a dear friend. That is so touching that everyone got a strand of her bead curtain 😭. I love the idea of slowly chipping away at a bead curtain I may do that for my big bay window where I keep my plants.

That's good! I made one of these in a bead party and want to make another one but the instructor put the loop and bottom charm on I wanted to make another one.
I have made a few of these with glass beads, metal beads & metal charms, I would like to hang them outside. Is there a sealer I should use on the metal to keep them from deteriorating or rusting as fast?
Hi Raechel: You can probably get a spray clear coat at the hardware or art store.
@@HeatherBoydWire thank you. Do you think it would be ok to spray everything including the glass beads? Or should I just protect the metal? I have already assembled the suncatchers.
@@RaechelGreen It may be easier to spray the whole thing, but more effective to spray the metal separately to get in the nooks and crannies!

You can do large loops at the top and hang the beaded strings on a curtain rod. Good luck.
I got 6lb fishing line. Will that work? I bought some stands and that's what they had used.

Hi Lorie: I use the 7 strand Beadalon bead stringing wire that is .020 inches or 0.51 mm.

I buy beads from many different places including Etsy and local suppliers in Montreal. Especially Club Bead Plus. Also Michaels.
