- Creating tasty and nutritious seed crackers is incredibly simple, and they provide a satisfying afternoon snack. By combining various seeds and incorporating psyllium husk as a binder, these crackers turn golden and crispy when baked. They are delicious on their own or paired with toppings such as avocado! Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add water and set aside for 30 mins to sicken
- Spread thinly on two baking trays with parchment paper
- Bake for 45-60 mins at 180ºC depending on how crispy you want

- ½ cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup linseeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp italian herb mix
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 ¼ cups water
