Transformation & identity change is hard. Here's what I wish those of you trying

2023 was transforming. Transformation isn't efficient. Quite the opposite. I felt triggered during the holiday break: All the notes on how successful everyone is and how amazing 2024 is about to be. I didn't feel successful, and often felt like 2024 was going to be challenging.
Instead of creating something along the lines of "how to be successful" I wrote something for myself and you, those transforming, those trying something new, those starting something fresh, with the hopes for you to find more compassion, courage, and peace.
May you be in flow and proud of yourself regardless of what comes your way.
