Hi, I'm EFG your'e not, pretty new on wet shaving (3-4 months) only have one razor Edwin Jager DE89, I shave my head with it and some times cut my ears with the overhang, getting better with experience,. Thanks and God Bless!
Hi Edgar. You definitely have to be careful around the ears. I've only cut myself a handful of times while headshaving but most of those times were a result of nicking the ears. God bless you too my friend.
I asked Italian Barber if they would sell the Mamba 70 head separately. They said they might do that in the future. I have enough handles that would go with it, and would prefer to just get the head.
I ordered a bunch of Stirling soaps recently. Enjoying the high quality and good value. The Razorock Super Knurl handle is a favorite. But I like the look of the Halo handle and might get one as well.
I just finished using a sample of Ramblin Man and found it quite strongly scented. However in the past I’ve had full tubs of Stirling that seemed weak compared to the sample puck that I used.
Stirling definitely makes some good quality soaps and aftershaves. The prices are also very reasonable, so most people can afford to try them. Sent from the south west.

Stirling is an excellent company. I agree that some of their scents can be polarizing, but in the same vein it means they have something for just about everyone. Performance is A+ every time.

Hi CDB. From Leeds England. SOTD arko, rex ambassador with astra green followed by brut splash. Great video as always. The old black mamba is one of my go to daily drivers, it never disappoints. Saw you using it many a time on iLather. Cost me a comparative fortune unused from a collector but worth it. Likely will be passed to my son as his first razor in a few years time. Do u recommend any brut scented creams or soaps to try. Cheers

Best value for a triple milled shaving soap. I wouldn’t be surprised if it being a 3.5 oz tub would last longer than a 5 or 6 oz tub of shaving croap since it’s so dense.
Stirling for the win! I only have the game changer but also have tried the hawk and their slant, Razorock is making some great stuff! I love my rambling man sample and mine is a manly cologne scent and decently strong, huh. That's a great idea. I asked Italian Barber if RR will ever resume production. Here's hoping! I've been on a blood thinner and have been using a negative exposure razor (a Tatara Masamune), which has been great, but I wouldn't mind a comparison point, and the Mamba 53 is high on my list. Really? $64.99 is a lot to pay? I don't question you, Chris, since you do keep track of these things, but there's a niche market for folks on blood thinners. It created a personal shaving emergency because I wanted to keep DE shaving while on the medicine but couldn't afford nicks and weepers. I found a negative exposure razor reduced the risk, but there aren't many out there. Rivals to the Mamba 53 include models from Karve, START, Tatara (which I own), and maybe one or two others. In this category the RR price looks modest. Anyway, I have good news: Italian Barber wrote back to say they're expecting more Mambas in 4-5 weeks. Not on our account :-) but thanks for prodding me to ask.

Honestly, whenever you have a special, no price is really too high. You're definitely the expert when it comes to your face and your unique set of conditions. Christian Salazar Stirling Lime is really good. They also have margaritas in the arctic and glacial lemon chill. They occasionally have other citrus scents like grapefruit or orange chill but they’re only there for a short time, you just have to watch out. Hope that helped

Not a fan of lavender, island man, bay rum, and iced iced pineapple smells good but the menthol gave me a bad burning sensation so I don’t use it

The Rockwell 6s will be your best best as you can use the plate that best resembles your DE89 with room to grow.

My dad always used skin bracer when I was a kid. He still uses it.

I don't own it now but I have previously. It's a good slant but ultimately I prefer the Merkur 37c.

It's quite good indeed. I've visited Chicago before, there's some beautiful areas there.
